      REMOVEDat the REMOVEDoffice has been great for the last 5 years, but my appointment in November was handled by another tech. that seemed to be " not with the program ", as REMOVEDhas moved on. I hope REMOVEDis doing well, and I will be looking for a new company for my needs.

      After the test I was offered I device with $200 copay. I purchased and paid. Then AudioNova notified me that I didn't need to pay it and refunded those $200. All great? Not so fast in about 3 months I was charged more than $500 copay again, because "rules changed this year" and it was too late to return the device then I won't be doing business with AudioNova ever again. This is clearly click and bait scam.

      REMOVED, REMOVEDlocation: Excellent reset on Phonak hearing aids I was given, to my personal needs, for a fair price. Have been back twice for minor repairs. They get you in and out - fast! People in office are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Hard to find online presence, even for this review. Part of problem is name change to Audio Nova (from Connect Hearing) not clearly recognized, but worth the effort in tracking them down again. I would definitely consider getting new Phonak hearing aids at the REMOVED, when needed!!

      This business does not appear to follow normal business practices. My mother had an appt for a hearing test (she has REMOVEDa couple of months ago, and it was determined that she really needed hearing aids. They rescheduled another appt for 10 days later, after receiving them, to fit them show us how to use them and pick them up but they called the day before to reschedule, don't remember the reason. We rescheduled for a couple of weeks later then they called again just before the appt and rescheduled again, the reasons we unclear to me, scheduling mishap, something like that.... Our last appt was today 09/29 at 4pm they called me today to tell me they do not yet have the hearing aids and need to reschedule again!!! What?? Something is not right here, and I would not use this business it does not feel legitimate to me. I told them that on the phone and she was way too calm and did not care what I was saying, just gave me a regional manager phone number. I called it and it does not even have an intro to the person I am calling, just that whomever I called is busy and leave a message. I was leaving a message, and it cut me off. We are going to see another Provider something is not right.

I inherited hearing aids from my father, and he was willing to program those for me, and they are working great, and we will be back for any future hearing aid needs for sure, if you have any need for hearing aids REMOVEDis the guy to see. Almost immediately he was getting frustrated. He kept saying he had a 6pm appt in REMOVEDand was trying to rush me out. I began to feel very uncomfortable with his behavior rudeness and absolute disregard for my concern with my hearing aids I suggested mm maybe I should come back another time, and he snapped at me again. The last straw was when he was so flustered about the time that his exact words were "REMOVEDthis" I was shocked!!!!! First of all, I didn't schedule the late appt your office did secondly a good REMOVEDwould NEVER make a patient feel as if they were a burden and third WHAT KIND OF A DR. REMOVEDPERSON uses that kind of language out loud to not just a patient but an elderly woman!!!!! REMOVEDJoseph REMOVEDshould not be allowed to be around people. He is the WORST ever!!!!! What kind of a person uses that kind of language with anyone especially an elderly woman.

      Friendly,professional ,concerned and comes across honestly free trial offered on hearing aids which were unbelievably better then previous aids very satisfied with the service And the product..highly recommended

      I signed up for information online after that was bombarded with calls. I had at least 12 in three days and some within minutes of each other. Called to try and get myself off their list and they really didn't care. This is their business model. Call and call and call until you give up and talk to them. I will never do business with someone that doesn't give you a chance to even listen to the message before they call you again. How about trying to email? Anything. And they are kind of shady. They called me from a Kentucky number, and they don't have a clinic there. And wants you to call an 801 number. That is what scammers do.

      I became a client here before the business became AudioNova (October 2024). Having three difficult hearing issues, I needed an audiologist with good experience. I got new hearing aids and had a great experience with my audiologist. When I went back six months later, and after receiving no notice whatsoever, my audiologist had left the group to be replaced by only a young technician with very little experience and rather inept patient care abilities. Despite my complaint that something felt wrong, my hearing aids were adjusted incorrectly and I had to go elsewhere to have them fixed. I tried to contact the management of Audio Nova after this awful experience and was never responded to. As with many places offering lower levels of client service these days, AudioNova appears to be aimed at turning into more of a hearing aid store than one where clients REMOVEDand needs are cared for. At my own expense, I will have to seek a qualified audiologist elsewhere. Several friends have left the practice for the same reason.

      I went for the free hearing test and looking to use my insurance benefits to purchase a set of hearing aids. It was confirmed that I needed them. I advised them that I have really good benefits and want to use insurance to pay for them. I did let them know that I wanted to wait until I had met my Max REMOVEDof Pocket before proceeding and I would schedule a follow up. During my follow up visit this past Tues. I asked, How much would the hearing aids cost me? there was no discussion of cash price at any time, especially since I had already told them I would be using insurance. I received a email today that told me 1. My cost would be $4100 after my insurance benefit amount of $5000 was applied 2. That $6000 is the CASH price per pair. And since Im not paying cash my insurance has a negotiated cost of $9100. Not in any appointment was it ever mentioned, nor did I EVER ask about self/cash pay. The business ethics are lackluster, disheartening and incredibly dishonest. This has been a huge waste of time, resources and efforts on my part. What happened to consumer transparency!?

      This business is where you need to go for professional help with hearing problems. REMOVEDwas very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. She was very concern about my hearing. So, if you're looking for help with a hearing problems please stop in at Elite Hearing Centers Of Macon, REMOVED. Trust me you would be glad you did !
