    On September 6, ******************************************************************************************************************* to confirm my eye surgery at 11 in the morning and I had my procedure with prosculpt at 10 in ****** Il and My eye surgery was in ******* IL so I called at 10 am to tell them that I had to change the date of my treatment because they had moved my eye surgery and when they answer me she starts yelling at me and telling me that what I was doing was not professional, canceling the same day and I told him that I was moving my appointment to later because my eye surgery was important so he started The person who answered me said it was wrong, that I was irresponsible and unprofessional and hung up on me. Then she sent me a message apologizing and wanting to make a new appointment. I explained to her that I couldn't continue using the services from a company that they did not understand and reached an agreement with their client. The reason for my cancellation of treatment was due to my eye surgery and they did not understand it, so I asked them to adjust my invoice because I had applied for a credit of $4000 for use them in the spa and I had not used them other than ***** on my face which was $450. After that I didn't have to pay anything else because I had already paid for the service used, I started calling them, the manager answered and told me that I had to talk to the owners, then they didn't answer me anymore and they were charging me from my checking account for services. not received but they did not answer me they did not return my calls they did not open the door when I arrived they have a ring on the door and they did not open to date I have no response from the manager and they continue to charge me for a service not received.
