"I went today to this gas station to fill my bike tire with air, and I didn't have the necessary coins, so I went inside and asked for quarters, 2 dollars the cost of the air pump, the guy in charge probably the son of the owner, didn't tell me that the pump does not work with coins, he knew I was to use the air pump and said nothing, of course the pump didn't work, I know he knew because his cleaning guy told me that the pump I used didn't work with coins, that they don't care, I asked the guy in charge for a refund he says, that was not their pump that they just "rent" it to another company, and yet they profit from people who don't know that, they don't put any paper or sign or anything don't even seal, close the coin slots because they know people will put the money over and over again, that's cheating and stealing knowingly, I wonder for how long have they been doing that, probably for a long time, why would they do anything if they keep getting free money with no accountability or responsibility, what an scammers, you guys should do something."
