They s**** their customers over by not giving you a price and then blow you off and until you owe them enough money for them to take your vehicle hostage. No contract..no text messages..no emails..they tell me when I come to pick up my vehicle that I owe them storage fees and never tell you until it's time to pick up your vehicle. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY

********************, I apologize for the unpleasant experience you had with us. After going through your customer file, I have discovered a few things relevant to your review. Your vehicle, a **** F700, was diagnosed and inspected on 8/18/2022, with tech notes mentioning the vehicle was going to need a diesel injection pump. This information, as well as an estimate (including an estimated dollar amount) for repairs was communicated to a woman named *******, who identified herself as "*****' wife". ******** phone number was the only listed number, as well as a good number to reach both of you, per her words. Emailing and texting was never offered, by either party, as an acceptable form of communication. There were, however, many recorded attempts to reach *******/**** between the months of 08/22 and 12/22 of which we were never responded too. Again, this was the only form of contact left. ******* was left multiple communications detailing the storage fees, start date of said fees, and any other applicable fees regarding the vehicle. No contract was or would have been made as repairs were never made or approved of. On the day of your arrival (6/14/2023), there were a couple solutions offered, our owner agreed to let the vehicle go, as long as the diagnostic costs were paid. (est. $300), eliminating the storage fees completely. This is not something you were willing to agree too. As of today, 6/20/2023, the offer still stands, the storage fees will be waived, leaving remaining diagnostic charges.
