"Overall my husband has a account with them now given my husband can't answer his phone all the time and i come to make payments when my husband is not in the area due to work and i've asked them not to call me over and over again and per stating because my husband put me as a reference they said they can call me because my husband has me down there and i asked for written proof and with the form she gives me states nowhere that they can call reference about my husband as a client being a late payment i asked nicely and every time i ask a question regarding my husband's account they say they can't give me the information because i'm not on it but yet they call me non stop about payments all i asked was not to be called a billion times a day every month my husband's working hard outside the state and i'm working what i can and i'm a full time mother i'm not glued to my phone 24/7 to be able to take calls be more courteous to people time and don't give me the run around like you have been let alone me not even a customer in your system." ...
