    I have been contacting Arlington heights Buick for 6 months now trying to get my refund on my GAP insurance. I paid off my car that I bought from them early. Therefore I was sent a letter stating that I should contact the dealership to get a refund for my GAP insurance. I had called about 6 times leaving messages and not getting calls back. Finally I was able to speak with someone who told me I needed to call the lending bank. I called the lending bank and they then told me that I am to receive a $600 Plus or minus credit back but that the dealership is the ones to pay that money back to me. I was in contact with ********************* and he request paperwork which I sent on 12/22/22 and was told by **** he would process my refund. As of now 2/8/23 I have yet to get my refund. I have attempted to contact **** and Buick via email and phone calls over last 4 days but everyone including **** in finance is either off or busy with another person and does not return my calls or emails. $600 may not be a lot of money for them but for me it is and more importantly it is MY money not theirs. I just want my refund back. Ive been dealing with this for over 6 months now. Thank you

    I bought a 2017!ram promaster with 15k down I’ve had this vehicle for 3 months and it’s been in the shop more than it’s been on the road and it’s all due to negligence from this dealership they told me this van was in top shape couple days later I find my break sensor not attached to the breaks but they were tied and wrapped up in the wheel well and couple days later I brought the van back to get a new coolant hose they replaced the hose but the certified mechanic didn’t say anything about my cracked reservoir which you can clearly see before connecting the coolant hose. Then I brought my van back in to get an alignment and all they did was a wheel balance which they said was the problem. Well a week later my drive axles go out. And then the following week i find out that my rear wheel assembly are bad when i brought my van to get serviced at my local delta sonic To get an alignment because my issues was still happening. And now since they replaced just the break pads on my van they didn’t replace the rotors and now I can’t just get my rotors replaced I have to get the break pads too and I called several certified car dealerships and they said it’s a liability issue if they do t change both at the same time so now it’s going to cost me 600$ just for the fronts breaks and rotors I would like for them too replace the breaks and rotors all the way around to resolve my issue. This company does not care about its customers and has no customer service.
