After ordering a tool from the business referenced, I found that it was defective. It took over two weeks for the supplier to provide a *** return label. Today the supplier contacted me with the claim that the returned item was NOT the one that was provided and refuses to pay the refund that he offered during our first e-mail conversation.I mentioned that I had a previous problem with him some years ago and he has somehow twisted that issue into this one, connecting the two through some defective, spurious reasoning. The language that the supplier uses seems a little English-uncertain so perhaps I am not fully understanding what his point is.BUT I do understand that he is refusing to refund my money with the claim that I didn't purchase the part from him. Of course I have all of the online documentation supporting my order. I find it bizarre that this guy seems to believe that I ordered a tool from him just to return another defective tool from a different distributor.Please note that at one point he sent a message to my e-mail account asking that I send him my e-mail address !!!!!Please help me with this character,************************* ******, **
