    This is ********, I am working (Remotely) from *******, *****, as an online freelance business development with Advansoft International***** (Staffing firm). located in **************;*******, **. I signed a freelance agreement with Advansoft International, *** from Nov 2022. Since then, I have been working as a freelancer - Client Acquisition with Advansoft International************** primary responsibilities are to get new clients on board for the company. For each new on board, I will get paid, as value-based pricing starts from $10,000 USD to $20,000 USD.On Aug 28th, 2025, onboarded a new client (Grazitti Interactive) for AdvanSoft International Inc. The company should release the paycheque of $****** USD when the ***************************** Agreement) is completed.... i waited till the first requirement was shared with Advansoft International Inc. it was shared on Sep 30th, 2025, then I sent an invoice for the payment (****** USD) on Oct 1st, 2025. They refused to pay me.The deal between me and AdvanSoft(Recruitment company) is that when completing the ************************** Agreement) a new client AdvanSoft will release my pay cheque. This is mentioned in our Freelance Agreement. I have been working with AdvanSoft since Nov 2022. I have given 20+ clients as of now, none of the new clients are ready to sign the ************** Agreement upfront. Clients want to share the requirements initially, when AdvanSoft complete the first requirement client is interested in signing the ************** Agreement. AdvanSoft never showed promising things to complete the requirements, so unable to do onboarding with any of the earlier clients. ******************** (Client) has completed the ************** Agreement and shared the requirements. Advansoft says they will pay only when they complete the first requirement with ********************. I have informed AdvanSoft that's not what we have in the Agreement between us.
