      Saw a Podiatrist on 20 Sep 2024 for a new orthotic to help with foot pain due to a ruptured tendon in left foot. Was told it would take 3 weeks to make; finally arrived eight weeks later. It was incorrectly made. I returned it to ** *** was supposed to inform maker of corrections needed and be returned in (3) weeks. Five (5) weeks later I am still waiting. I was also told that ** no longer works there. Attempted to contact them on 11 Dec; No one answered phone. Their answering service could not reach them either. I contacted Credit Card seeking a refund. I am seeking a new orthotic provider.
