We hired this company to travel to ******** to take our daughters Sr pictures & our family pictures. I asked them if they could edit the bags under my oldest daughters eyes while we were taking them. They said we should be able too. After receiving a couple of the pictures I asked again if they could edit my oldest daughter’s eyes to get rid of the bags under them from not getting any sleep. Not once was I warned it could take off her bottom eyelashes/eyelids. I never asked for my 11 year olds eyes to be fixed or mine & my husbands to my knowledge but they were all fixed & it’s very obvious. My youngest looks ******* in some and we are not *******. When I initially looked at the pictures quickly I was so excited about them I noticed an issue but thought I was nitpicking & I was excited to get them back. After sitting down & looking much closer at them I knew there was a problem. My daughter hated the pictures immediately from the first one we got of her face & didn’t like any of the edit to the eyes. I was busy & stressed out so I blew it off until I actually sat down & looked instead of flipping quickly through them. They took her bottom eyelashes/eyelids off & to fix them they want me to pay $5 a picture for them to get a program to fix it which what I saw from that it didn’t look much better or I can pay by the hour to edit the pictures. There are 137 pictures so I’m looking at minimum of $685 to fix something I never had warning could happen. They still haven’t fixed the swollen ankles & one of my husband that they have him sitting so straight up he looks weird & they had agreed to fix those. They told me I asked for the bags to be removed. I’ve had several people reach out to me & my family privately saying how awful of a job these people did editing after initially posting some of the pictures. I’ve tried to work with them but they refuse to fix it at no cost. I can’t just go retake those in ********. My daughter looks fake in the pictures and photoshopped
