The company was hired to redo a house front porch. The work was completed and paid in full in June 2020. In the spring we found a cracked step and wall. We contacted AA restoration about the front porch in April 2021. We continued to receive responses that stated that they were busy and they would have someone visit the property to assess the front porch. This behavior continued through August 2021. *********************** (owner) visited the property on 08/21/21. He assessed the front porch and acknowledged that it needs work (cracked step and wall, tuckpointing). He informed us that they (AA Restoration) would take care of the work and correct the problem. However, we have not heard back from him or the office since. We continue to follow-up and have not received a response. We have the email threads available upon request.Business response

I am responding to the complaint from ****** and *****************. There was an issue with one of the steps and we have every intention of repairing the issue. *********************** has visited the ****** and the last visit, possibly mid-September, he stated to **** that he would repair the step before the end of the season. We left it at that and at the time of the complaint we are very close to scheduling the repair within the next 2 weeks, as we have been very busy this year and we are doing our best to address the issue, weather and scheduling permitting. I spoke with ***************** today and prior to today, in the last few days, I have tried to reach out to ****** and she was not able to get back to me or respond on my last email, I assume that is why **** reached out to me today. At this time, I stated to **** that we will have someone evaluate the issue, possibly tomorrow, scheduling permitting and from there, have the repair done within the next 2 weeks, weather and scheduling permitting. We should have kept the ****** in the loop and we can understand their concern. We have every intention to remedy the issue, it is our utmost policy to have and keep our clients satisfied with our work. We value our reputation and I'd like to conclude that this was a total misunderstanding. Please reach out to us with any further concerns with the Vacas as we will address any further issues should there be any. Kind regards
