I went to Elite **************************** on June 1st to have a consultation regarding hair removal. They use pushy sales tactics saying I had to purchase today or the 50% off deal would no longer be around. I felt pressured and ended up signing up for a package. In the next few months, my family's situation changed and daycare unexpectedly raised pricing by 12%. This is a huge expense and therefore I no longer have the luxury of spending money on laser hair removal. I had NOT received any treatments yet. but when I called to explain my situation, they said no they do not give refunds for any reason. They kept passing me off to other people to talk to. This went on for a few days. Still no resolution. All they said is they can credit my elite laser account and I could book a service in the future, but I do NOT have money for this service so a credit to my account does nothing for my family who needs this money for child care. This seems shady and if a business has not provided any services, I should be given a refund. I would NOT go to this business. They shouldn't need to TRICK people into signing legal agreements if there services are so good. It is unacceptable and unnecessary to sign a contract for this service. I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone and will continue pursuing the company until I receive the refund I deserve.
