      Car salesman ********* is a scammer and the owner ***** is even worse. I bought a car from them in April 2023, 5 weeks after buying the car I noticed cable ties underneath my car holding up a panel that had started to come down. I also began to hear noises when the wheel was turned to the right from the inside of the car. After taking the car to mechanic last week, they put the car up in the air and showed me that it had been an accident, both the right front axle and right control arm were broken and caused the sound that I was hearing. ********* sold me this car knowing full well that it had been in an accident. When I called him last week to inform him of that the dealership quoted me over $****** worth of damage when I just purchased it from him not even 2 months ago, he stated I can just take it to their mechanic to do the repairs because hes sure it didnt really cost ****** to fix everything. Basically admitting that he knew this car had all of this damage and was unsafe to drive but failed to disclose this to me. Obviously I refused to take my car to their repair shop, who Im sure did the temporary fix to begin with and covered it up with cable ties. Might I add, they were Not willing to pay Anything for it to get to their repair shop either. Still leaving me with over 5k in expenses for what my warranty wont cover. I tried to be reasonable with ***** and *** even after this terrible car deal but they were unwilling to even meet me halfway. I was a cash buyer, they literally received a check in Full to pay for this vehicle the same day it was picked up and this is how they do business. The Absolute Worst. There is no way Im letting them getting away with taking advantage of me in this situation. I was reasonable asking for just half of the repairs. This is a complete nightmare ongoing situation, just an all around headache.

      I do understand the frustration. We do give you a 15 day or 500 mile implied warranty when the car was purchased. These repairs are not covered under warranty even if it was in effect. The dealership you took it to for an estimate is way over priced and you even told us the same thing. I told you we could help out but you said you did not want to bring it to our repair facility. The warranty that your credit union sold you did not cover some of the items because they are regular maintenance for the car such as a battery for $747.00 or a $212.93 oil change. Coolant flush for $358.82. When you purchased the car it was not making noise nor did it have any fault lights on the dash. At this time we deny your claim for any reimbursement.

      I am rejecting this response because: My repairs cost come out to over $10,000 and thats not basic maintenance. Maintenance wont cost thousands of dollars unless the previous owner never did any work while owning the vehicle, thats basic common sense. Most of the cost is due this car being in an accident that your scam salesman ********* even admitted when I called and told him I found all the damage you all tried to Cover up by putting zip ties on the panel underneath the car to hide all the damage. You did not try to help in anyway. Why would I take my car to a shop that you referred me to when its more than likely the same shop that hid the damage temporarily. The axle on the passenger side along with the curb arm were damaged in a car accident before you sold this car to me. You took advantage knowing that you were getting straight cash just to jeopardize my safety along with sons safety riding in a car with that much damage. I paid 18k for a car that has 10k+ in damages and you all think this is an acceptable business transaction? The reviews online also say Im not the first customer you all have taken advantage of to make an easy sale. This business needs to be shut down, they have years worth of complaints from various other customers as well. You failed to disclosed this car was in an accident before the sale was made. The repairs this car needs cost more than half of what I paid for it. 18k is with taxes, 16k was the price and 10k in damage. This is not acceptable. Definitely dont have any qualities of an accredited business and Im  not sure why BBB would continue to be affiliated with this terrible. They deserve an F rating, this is Not a reputable business. There is no accountability just continued Bad business practices.

      I do understand the frustration and disappointment in her purchase. We did offer help which she refused. The dealer recommended alot of services which are recommended not necessary and this is why her warranty contract did not cover the repairs.

      I am rejecting this response because: This is completely False and this place needs to be shut down. You offered not one ***** on any of my out of pocket expenses I was forced to pay due to your dealership not disclosing the car had been in accident and no repairs were made. I called and tried to be reasonable with you and asked that you ******* the difference of what my warranty would not cover and you refused. Im not the first consumer you have done this too and will continue doing it too if this place isnt closed permanently. There is no way this is a reputable, accredited business. Just one big scam.

FOR ********* A CADILLAC 2013 XTS ON 3/29/2022 I WAS LED TO BELIEVE THAT THIS VEHICLE HAD BEEN SERVICED AND THAT THERE WERE NO PROBLEMS WITH *** UPON DRIVING *** FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS I NOTICE THAT THE SERVICE LEVELING SYSTEM LIGHT HAD COME ON SO ON 4/12/2022 I TOOK VEHICLE TO ***************** OF ************ **.       Im sorry to hear about the troubles you had with the car you bought. We did service the car. This car got all new suspension the brand name is strutmaster and it is a great system. If there was something that it needed suspension related we could have had the shop that installed it take a look at it. I cant ask them to pay for the service **** from cadillac. We also were not given the opportunity to have the car looked at by our shop to determine weather or not the car needed what they replaced at the Caddilac dealer. I can assure you that nobody here said to take it to the Caddillac dealer and have them do whatever they think it needs and we would pay for the ****. If you wanted help with repairs we could have discussed it but I am not just going to pay for a service **** from Caddillac. I am happy that the small issues the car had were resolved. Unfortunately **************************** are very expensive for repairs. I can also say that this car did sit in our indoor showroom for more than two weeks and never leaked anything.

      I purchased a 2014 **** 500L early in June. The Carfax stated that the transmission had been replaced in April of this year, and, since this vehicle has a known issue of defective transmissions, I was relieved to see that it had been replaced recently. The day after I bought the car, the check engine light went on, and the trans failed. Apparently the Carfax was wrong. I took the car back to Auto Gallery Chicago, per their instruction, and their mechanic confirmed a bad trans. They sent the car to a local transmission shop, and every week, I was told that another part had to be ordered, and it should be fixed the following week. This went on for six weeks, and then, when we went to retrieve an item from the car, we were told that the car was no longer there! They had sent the car to ANOTHER mechanic without telling me, and I'm once again being told that it will take another two weeks! This is going on TWO MONTHS, yet I'm expected to make monthly payments on a car I don't have!

      I do believe this was resolved we did replace the transmission on the car along with a few other parts. It has taken a very long time because of the transmission coming from ***** ground shipping and it had to go to a specialty shop to get it installed.

      Auto gallery sold us a 2015 ford transit van which they claimed had 24000 miles ,after a week we were suspicious and got a carfax which showed it infact had 89000 miles ,we confronted auto gallery with the evidence and they denied this ,We contacted BBB back in March 2020 but due to covid we have not been able to resolve this issue ,we hired an investigator who has done a full trace on this vehicle ,we are the victims of fraud here

      All of the above was copied and pasted from the carfax report. The car was sold with the correct miles. The car odometer, carfax and tile all  show the correct miles I do not understand what is in question here.
