Horrible, horrible people!! STILL after 8 years cannot fix a leak in their work. Got so bad the refused to work on it unless we pay $150 PER HOUR for them to fix what they have not been able to fix for 8 years!! The workmanship was also of poor quality, the siding they used was warp and bent looking terrible, the glass is also WAVY, seriously wavy, DO NOT do any business with these people, they not honorable and do not stand by there work. The **************** Lacks integrity and makes empty promises. I tried to work with *************************, receiving lie after lie on the delays of my installation since my cash purchase of ****** for my patio enclosure. I love the enclosure and was patient in the four times it took for them to return and install the proper doors, then the proper handles, and then the proper screens. the structure has done well with the downpour we experienced weeks ago. Absolutely no leaks!! Purchasing in Jan and getting installed in **** is an excessive wait. Having to inspect and relay repairs needed was time-consuming. Did I mention I paid ******? I talked with **** and have text messages that he was going to offer compensation for the excessive wait as well as the constructive defects. I have been calling **** for over two weeks daily to clear up the discount promised so I can move on. It is blatantly obvious by the other comments in this thread, that this company has poor leadership, resulting in poor and questionable integrity as well as a ridiculous lack of follow-up skills. I would run if I were you unless you want your installation to last over a 9 to 12-month span , coupled with excuses along the way. Really disheartening as stated, I love my patio enclosure. It is beautiful. I am giving one star because I can give a minus star.

i would not recommend patio enclosures. I was told the work would be done the end of December ( maybe the middle of December). The work was started January 12. i had 1/4" plywood on the floor. It was never mentioned that this was not acceptable, but it was not. When they came to start the installation they had to buy more plywood. i was told it would cost $400.00. I asked for a receipt. It was only $260.00. They wanted another $400.00 o install the plywood. I gave them the $140.00 change from the $400.00 and another $100.00.I the paid someone else to install the finished flooring. I really don't know how much I paid for the job because patio enclosures uses a firm called GreenSky for the financing. I said I wanted to pay the full amount to avoid interest. Now I keep getting billed for deferred interest. I'm sorry I ever started with this company.

My message to the Patio Enclosures Team (***********, **)I am reaching out to you because nearly 6 months passed since I signed (November 4, 2022) the contract with Patio Enclosure. It is with great disappointment that a small job ( 2 screened walls) like ours would take so long. The only on time was the aggressive collection of the payment plan which at this time I had paid 92% of the cost and yet the kitchen window to the sunroom has no set date! This situation is causing me tremendous "pain and suffering".My follow up with the Operation Administrator the day after she collected the last 3rd of the amount due bringing my payment to 92% was most unpleasant. Unfortunately, the subcontractor crew's mother I was told died the day the job started after knocking down the existing wall of the patio. I appreciate the effort of the subcontractor showing up himself to install the railings. Then no show after. Two days after I followed up with ***** when the installation will resume. That is the point when I was taken aback with the most unprofessional response: "the mother had the audacity to die at the time "....."can't bring back the dead"!These words just sent my blood pressure to shoot up!I had worked as an Administrator for 32 years. I would not speak those words regardless how upset the client was but instead reassured that I will try and see what I can do! And honestly, I tried to find a solution not just to cut the person off, most especially when there is a disservice or delay.I have always checked Better Business Bureau ratings and ************************** for any negative reviews or complaints. I running in so long a wait, I started my check and realized that BBB had no A+.I had brought a complaint to **************************. It was expeditiously reviewed. There must have been many complaint, thus their business license was revoked. ********************** ************** better put their acts together!Consumer watch out!

This has been a Horrible experience. We signed a contract for a 3 season room with Patio Enclosures on November 2nd and we were told we would have a finished room by Christmas. We already had a screened porch to convert. Components were delivered Dec 2 and project started to install on the 12th. 3 of the sections had been measured incorrectly by the field supervisor , so they had to reorder. They left our room wide open and unprotected. We have birds flying in and snow drifting INSIDE! They did not even put plastic up to protect us. Here it is January 8th and nothing further done nor dates of when they will finish! They do not respond to emails or phone calls. This is a great deal of money for retirees and we are very angry and frustrated. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. We live in a brand new neighborhood and people are asking about who we are using for the project. We wont be recommending these people!??????????

As I said, previously taking on this job for xxxx xxxxxx is a mistake. Customer is going to hold us to the fire on a weekly basis. I do not have time for this and am not going to start explaining content in our contracts. We are going to regret this. These are the actual comments made about me by a sales employee at Patio Enclosures. They were accidentally left in the email chain addressing my questions about contract language and the 40k project that I had engaged with them to take on. This is definitely a buyer beware situation. When did a customer wanting clarifications about the project, payments % due, and the contract language become a regrettable mistake? What happened to customer service, being able to hold a company accountable for what they tell you, and the right of the person paying the bill to be involved in the process? This was just the last straw in a string of questionable interactions with Patio Enclosures. My requirements for the project were not considered, everything is completely biased for the company. I am just thankful that I didnt sign a contract with them if this is how they treat prospective customers. To date, I have heard nothing back addressing the salespersons comments, including from the **** who was copied on my reply. If you engage, ask for a copy of the contract, making sure you get all the pages and read it carefully before signing. Get everything they tell you about the quote in writing and make sure that you ask for how long the quote price is good. Take good notes during quote process. It is very hard to make decisions with a moving target. Ask for dates, project plans, and where payment % due fall within the dated timelines and what constitutes substantial completion. Make sure your all of your requirements are being addressed.
