      Event ********* I placed a *****'s catering order 7/18 to deliver on 7/22 3pm-4pm . ******* and ******* assist me on the phone and email. The day of event, I never receive the catering order. I called twice left a message on emergency line. No one call back. I had to leave the event to ensure my guest had food. After the event, I sent an email. ******* reply and stated she will investigate and get back with me. I was told, driver was not answering his phone, a message was left for a family member. Second conversation, ******* stated the driver was working Sunday, she was waiting on a reply back. I called ******* 7/24, I was informed the driver mixed up the address and delivered the order to another location. I was never contacted on the day of the event. ******* email and informed me I will receive a refund credit back to my acct. As of 7/31. I have not receive my refund. I have reached out three days, I'm still waiting.

      On February 4, 2023, my company, Sknabue LLC, featuring Art by *******, held an event at the South ******************** in *******, ********. ****** Catering (Corkys) was hired to cater the event for 50 attendees, wherein I was charged $2603.33 ($600) of which were included as an additional fee in order to ensure that my attendees had adequate portions of food to eat and for feeding an additional 50 people. During the event, the agreed upon menu was not provided! I received cold pre made store bought sandwiches (in half the quantities than ordered), meatballs of which we couldnt decipher what meat it was and in small portion serving bowl, poorly cut and displayed fruit and vegetables trays, all appearing store bought, not hand made preparation as indicated by Corkys, charged several hundred dollars for service materials only to receive a serving bowl and plastic poor quality materials. The service staff was non attending to the guests, the food or the tables, all of which were outlined on the initial services invoice. It my determination that Corkys services was poor quality for its price point! Food was withheld from the guests, the guests couldnt determine what meats, if any they were eating because the staff wasnt present to answer inquiries! I have expressed my concerns with Corkys whereby I asked for a refund of the full $2603.33 paid only to be told that their sales person did not misrepresent the services and that all of the food SHOULD have arrived at the venue! Corkys offered to settle for $200 then increase d to $300! I would like on record my complaint for misleading and poor services rendered by Corkys and full refund be paid.
