    I took it to get the transmission fixed and I've taken it back 6 times now and it still doesn't work and I need a quick solution, since now I call him and he doesn't answer me. I only demand that the car be fixed correctly or that he refund my money.

    Hello, thank you for reaching out. We have analyzed and looked through our call list and spoken to our assistants, we have not received a call from the following customer.  As written on their invoice and told to the customer if the transmission repair has any issues or leaks we are responsible for any repair, labor and parts during their 1 year parts and labor warranty. This customer has not brought the vehicle in for inspection or repair, which is required. We require him to do so immediately. As to his request for refund we may provide a refund but require we get our parts back due to the fact we have a warranty on all parts. He will be provided with a core to be able to take in exchange to our rebuilt unit, and his core was un-rebuildable. We take all our warranties very seriously. We will contact this customer to make sure we take care of any issues as soon as possible.

    Good afternoon! To whom it may concern: From the first time I took the car and they delivered it to me it took a month and the car failed again due to the same problem I let you know as soon as the car continued to fail and it was not the first time in total it was 7 times that I have taken the car and so far the car has not been fixed as it has to be, this last time they delivered it to me 08/15/2024 and they told me that the car could not drive it until I fixed some codes that supposedly those codes made the transmission fail And that if I drove it they no longer made the warranty valid for me, but the car was supposed to be ready and I check the codes and that has nothing to do with the transmission and I have lost a lot of money taking and leaving it all this time since November 2023 and it is the date that the car is not left! And there's the secretary arguing and yelling at my wife in front of my son, I've lost a lot of money and time! I only care that I get my money back. I am willing to return their parts that they put new, but they never wanted to negotiate and the car never lasted a week well when I had to go back to the workshop to get it fixed again! And now they don't want to do anything for him and they no longer want to make the guarantee valid for me !!
