I have used free libre for going on three years. They kept sending me defective sensors. Just this summer I complained about three defective sensors. I was told they would not replace any more sensors and to find another system. I intend to do just that. I strongly recommend that anyone considering free libre as a glucose monitoring system find someone else. I have been disrespected and penalized for three expensive sensors that they manufactured and refused to replace. I called to complain about this and was told "ok, we see your complaints. Is there anything else that we can do for you?".

I use the Libre3 CGM product. Of the initial six I purchased, 3 failed before 14 days or fell off. Abbott Labs sent 3 replacement sensors. Only one of those sensors lasted 14 days. The other two failed before one day. I will also mention I often find the accuracy to be very questionable. I appreciate they are willing to replace sensors but replacing bad sensors with bad sensors is just not appropriate. I purchased 6 more and have buyer's remorse for such poor quality product. Especially considering the high cost of these sensors. I am returning them for refund. I will not spend another dime on this product.

Thank you for sharing this customers experience with the Libre3 CGM system. We understand their concerns and appreciate the opportunity to address them. The performance issues described do not align with the broader quality data we observe across our user base. The Libre3 CGM is designed and tested to meet rigorous standards, and the vast majority of sensors perform reliably throughout their intended wear period. Abbotts libre glucose monitoring sensors 2, 3 and 3 plus have been absolutely worthless. I have had more failed sensors than working ones. The company will replace the failed sensor if you're willing to go through *********************************************************************** some cases, have save the box and failed sensor to return to them. Meanwhile, you're without a way to monitor your glucose while waiting 3-5 days for it to arrive via the slow **** mail. Today my newly applied replacement sensor that arrived in the mail yesterday after a 5 day wait, began causing pain in my arm while out shopping. I examined the sensor to find blood trickling down my arm and the adhesive and sensor partially lifted up off of my arm. So, the sensor needle had been stabbing me every time I moved my arm. I of course, removed it and called Abbott yet again. I asked them if since this was the 4th failed sensor I've had if they were able to send me 2 sensors so, that I would have an emergency backup for when the next one failed. Of course, they wouldn't do that. I then told the representative that I was done attempting to use their faulty products. I have gone without being able to check my blood sugar for a total of 45 days altogether in the past 4 months because if their flawed products. That can be dangerous. They have lost my business, and I would highly recommend that no one else bothers purchasing their junk. They should not even be able to be selling these things as often as they fail. Someone with more time and money than me should take them to court.

I have been purchasing Similac sensitive 360 formula since April 2024 and have been having trouble with the companies App. I have been contacting them for months about it and how i am not receiving my coupons online and they keep telling me that i reached my limit. How can a company only allow you to scan only 5 containers to get points when customers spend so much money on their products? Their customer service is horrible and rude! Company is very disappointing.

I purchased a 4-pack of the Abbott BinaxNOW COVID tests and 2 of the 4 were faulty, no control line was present and the whole test was useless. I called to receive a replacement and first was told I called the wrong number (there is no customer service number listed on the box and numerous options listed online). When I was connected to the supposedly correct number I was disconnected. After more googling I found the correct number and the representative was difficult to understand which cause multiple issues during the call. The call took 30 minutes and they are sending a replacement test but I have no confidence it is going to arrive given the communication challenges. Clearly trying to make it as hard as possible to resolve issues. I will not purchase again.

The lever 3 glucose sensors are junk. Company does not respond to my internet requests. The sensors do not last for the 15 days either they fall off quit responding or send out false readings. Total waste of time and money. Company does not replace sensors when I have a faulty sensor.

They don't want to replace my sensors they said its expired, but I use them before they expired they malfunction so I tried saving them and get them replace one time. This is the first time hearing this issue and this is the 3rd time doing it and they are able to replace them on those 1st and 2nd. This is not acceptable, consumers at least need to know this.

My libre 3 sensor requires low sugar readings to sound alarms. The sensor reads my sugar incorrectly and now these stupid alarms go off every 5 to 10 minutes at 1am or at work....ripped out the sensor and it still beeps constantly for bad readings. You can only stop this by deleting the app. Lost a lot of sleep and got into trouble at work These sensors and the app are horrific. Looking for something else.

Freestyle Libre 3 Sensor gave high readings and they gas lit me telling me it wasn’t “that high” and I should expect within 20-40 points different. For someone with diabetes, that could change my course of treatment with unnecessary insulin. It is reckless to downplay the impact of inaccurately high numbers. All this after they had a KNOWN issue of sensors providing high numbers. I have gestational diabetes and will be thrilled to be done with them after my baby comes.
