  I hired *********************** in October 2021 to build me a hayshed 24 x 30 with two wings on the side. I gave him money for materials. He didnt start on it forever. Always had an excuse of why he couldnt come out. He then came to me begging me for more money because he was down and out. This happened twice. I fell for his scam. The building was paid in full. There was no construction done on the building for months and months. Then he put part of it up. Excuses of why he could never come back. I made a post on ******** and he got mad and breached our contract said he was done . Several times *** asked him for my materials he said he had all the materials for the building. Several times *** asked him to bring them to my property. He never did.

  ***************** was paid in full to finish a hay shed. The full payment was given 12/27/2021. It was months before ****************** started on my hay shed. It was only maybe one quarter of the way erected. And 5 inches out of square to boot. There is no harassments. His name was not mentioned on FB. He has taken it upon himself to be the victim. I have asked numerous times for the materials ****************** told me he had purchased. I wanted them delivered to my place. No materials were delivered. And only excuses of why he couldn't show up. If and when he did show up, the ********* worked about 3-4 hours and left. Twice the vapor paper blew off the roof.  Then he told me we were finished, breeching the agreement. No money has been refunded.

  No money will be refunded. Client didnt pay ***************** anything. Her contract was through SemperFi. Client agreed to a 2/20/2023 restart date on 2/2/2023 and on 2/4/2023 made numerous complaints through Canyon County Civil Court, here in the BBB, as well as harassed an employee by driving around until she found his vehicle. Client also failed to mention all work completed outside of the scope of *********** which was started in September of 2022, that she has not paid for. After numerous requests to stop the comments of taking advantage of and ripping her off the business agreed to cancel the contract. However, *********** is more than her claim of completed. Unless client agrees to pay off outstanding completed projects, there is no refund owed at this time.

  What ****************** has said is not true except the fact that yes it was Semper Fi contracting that I paid in full for a shed that never got completed. There was no harassment of his employee I did not drive up and down the road until I found his car. All I did was stop by to ask if the supplies that I had paid for were at his house because ****************** had said that parts of the middle were painted in the employees heated garage. The employee said that there was never any metal parts painted in his garage.

  The extra work that he is supposedly claiming that he did was for the interest on the money that I had paid. When asked what I owed him he said dont worry about it I borrowed money from you so that we will be even. There were never any contracts or discussion of the extra work that he supposedly did. He did say he was going to resume work on my Hayshed but he had been saying that he was going to come and work for over 15 months his promises or just lip service. His tomorrow never comes.

  The building was 5 inches off square. The sheathing was cut with a saws all and pieced  onto the raters like a puzzle. It was barely nailed onto the rafters. Its lucky it didnt blow off. He did put a vapor barrier down and it just blew off in the wind twice.

  he had promised that he had purchased all the materials for the hayshed and numerous time stated that he was going to bring them to my property and none of it showed up. The rental company came looking for him because he didnt pay for the machinery that he rented that sat at my property for two weeks and only was used a couple days.

  I have had no choice to take a deep breath and realize I was taken for a big chunk of money. A good ************ learned!!!

  I am rejecting this response because: The business owner is acting like he is the victim in all this mess. This is not the first time he has taken money from someone and not finished the job. I just want people to realize that he is doing this to several folks.

  There was never any harassments to his employee. His employee and I had a civil conversation. The conversation revealed more lies by ******************. ****************** has no business building anything as both  buildings he did for me are not square and improperly built.

  He also stated he had purchased ALL of the materials for my shed, but refused to bring them to my property. I believe he was purchasing as he needed them. There are multiple small claims judgment against this business. There are also more judgements outside

  small claims. I personally have talked to folks who have judgements against the business. He has refused to make anything right. I have come to the reality that I have lost a substantial amount of money through this company.

  On July 14, 2022 I gave *********************** a cashiers check for $15,654.00 for the cost of 1/3 deposit on a build for a driveway expansion and 1 and 1/2 story garage shop. This job requires permits to be approved by the City. I was texted on 08/09 that our permit info was sent to the County. This was later found to be a lie. 8/30 I was told by **** that our job would be started on the week of Sept 12th. I asked if all permits were approved. **** said yes. I asked for a copy of the permits, and asked if my *** approval has been submitted. **** said via text message that the *** follows the County and he would send over a layout on 09/07. I never received anything. I asked about the sprinklers in my yard that were to be dug around and covered by cement. **** said he did not include this in his estimate and I had to pay $350 to have my Sprinklers turned off. I also had my sod removed in the front yard in preparation for the cement coming **** said this was coming on 09/26. On 09/16 I called *** Concrete LLC to verify they had been paid by **** and had plans to arrive on 09/26. They said no. 09/19 **** said he was bringing a machine to leave at my house, never showed up. 09/23 **** text he submitted everything to my *** for approval. Later I found out this was a lie. On 09/25, I asked again for copies of permits. He said he would drop them off to me on 09/26. He never showed up. At 1 pm on 09/27, **** marked off an area with string and left, did not show me any permits. 09/28. 9/29, **** said he hired a different concrete crew. 10/1, I told **** to cancel the garage as I didn't trust he had permits to build on my property. I called Titan Concrete on 10/10, they said they had not been paid by **** and were not scheduled. I called the County and City of ******** NO permits have ever been filed. I cancelled the job on 10/10, a refund still has not been issued as guaranteed by **** by 11/09. *** told me he never contacted them. Horrible experience. He stole my deposit.

  I am sorry that you feel this way considering none of this was said prior. The drawings were in fact done and forwarded to you and **** which you both made a decision on. The city claimed to be 10 weeks out at the time of giving permits. The scope of the project also changed away from a building. Your HOA was not made aware due there not being a permit. Concrete was in fact scheduled for 10/14 and did not need a permit. You cancelled them as well as our business and requested a refund which we agreed to with the time of drawings being deducted which you never responded to. An email was sent last week stating your refund will be sent as quickly as possible and that when it was you’d be notified.

  I am rejecting this response because: I have still not received an answer as to why a permit was not submitted on Aug 9th as per the included text messages provided. It seems that the facts are I hired you for a build in July that required permits. You texted they were submitted to the County on 08/09/2022. (I now have confirmed with the County and the City by phone you never have submitted anything to either one of them) You then texted me they were approved on 08/30/2022. I have attached all messages that are downloaded from the Verizon cloud in you have forgotten. You then told me the project would start on the week of 09/12/2022. That means you purposely intended to start my project without proper permits in place, per your own statements. I believe that is illegal and negligent to build without the City's approval. I agree with your statement that the build job changed. It changed on October 1, 2022. I cancelled the building portion and asked to complete the driveway cement pour only. This was also never done due to me calling the cement contractor at Titan Concrete and confirming he was not paid a deposit. He was cancelled to protect myself from further costs and to protect him from never being paid. You have not paid any vendors with the deposit money you have taken from me. You have also never returned it to me as agreed upon. I agree with your statement that you sent me a refund invoice stating that I would be refunded my deposit of $15,654.00 minus $1,200 for drafting fees. I did not dispute this. You have only provided computer generated pictures of the outside of the building, no measurements, no dimensions of the inside, no drawings of the interior building layout, electricity placement, no building blueprints or layout of where this building would be placed according to easement and property line guidelines. If you state that those 2 computer generated pictures of the outside design of a building cost $1,200 than I cannot argue. Those are your fees than so be it. I am asking again to be refunded. You have made no attempts to partially make a payment towards your debt owed. I have been promised payment on 10/14/2022, 10/19/2022 and 11/09/2022 via test messages I have provided. I still have no refund or partial refund. Per Idaho law that Sir is Grand Theft. I see it no other way until I am paid my refund owned to me. It is irresponsible to own a business and not have enough equity or assets to pay back a refund of a deposit.

  On November 8th, 2022, we requested a refund process be started beginning in December. Customer responded with her attorney would contact us further. Since then, a false claim has been made to our insurance company claiming “property damage” which the customers cannot have being she stated we never started. That is insurance fraud. The attorney I take it that the customer is also referring to is the Attorney Generals Office who also contacted SemperFi along with the Licensing Board. Since “criminal charges” have been mentioned, anything further can go through our attorneys who will also be in contact with the customer. Anything further outside of council will be considered harassment.

  I am rejecting this response because: I was promised a refund on Nov 9,2022 and again on Dec 1st. I included the email and text messages that show I have still not been paid.  I gave this business a deposit for work to be done. After being unsatisfied with many untruthful and deceitful acts I requested my money back. I was told it would be returned by Nov 9th. I keep being told different days, each day passes with no refund. Where is my refund? Business has not provided a valid phone number. Says he has an Attorney but has not told me who it is. I do not recommend this business to anyone. Very irresponsible and told me in a text message he got permits back for my job. I called the City, no permits were ever submitted. I cancelled him before he could do illegal building on my property. He is mad he got caught. He needs to do the right thing and return my deposit minus his drawing fee. I have been very patient and keep being told excuses that my money is coming. Unethical and breaches his own contract.

  I am rejecting this response because: Yes my attorney has reached out and I was told a payment was coming in December. December has come and gone still no payment. My refund has not been refunded to me. Send Refund. Your Attorney has only responded by email that I need to withdraw my complaints in order to get paid. I will withdraw my complaints once I get paid as my complaint will be non-existent anymore. A deposit was paid for work to be done. No work has been done. Job was canceled.   I am rejecting this response because: Once again nothing has been resolved. I have not received payment and no Attorney has reached out to me. **** ******* is a scam artist who steals money from innocent people. He's been reported to the police, FBI, Attorney General and the Idaho Contractors board. He will never pay me my deposit back. He's a true criminal or I would have been paid by now. If he cared about his professional image I would have been paid by now. He has never refunded me. He STOLE money from me. He promised to pay me my Deposit. No work was performed. That is called stealing. Theft. He took a deposit upfront. I am owed a refund for work never performed. He admitted this and still has not paid. Dishonest. Liar. Fraud. Conniving.   Mr. *********************** of Semperfi Contracting LLC collected $7,500.00 from me as a 1 half deposit for him to build sheds on my property. After paying him he simply never showed up again. He would schedule time to show up then simple never arrive. When I would contact him afterward he would reschedule but never show up. Finally he stopped taking my calls and would only text. I simply want people to know and or get my money back

  ***************** did hire us to build three sheds for him back in April. Cabins were in fact assembled. The first issue started with delivery. ************* would schedule and not show up. Eventually ***************** requested a refund. On 7/13/22 we handed him a check in the refund amount. He decided to pay $300 for the dirt work that SemperFi had done there for the buildings to sit on. So to claim they never showed back up was false. Once ***************** had the check, he then stated he wanted the buildings delivered by this date and did not cash the check. When the date he requested didnt work, he then asked for a refund again. At that time the check wouldnt clear. He was handed a $1000 cash and was told the remainder would have to be paid when the buildings sold. ***************** then proceeded to contact USBank and obtained SemperFis account information illegally stating it was ****** He knew the companies pending transactions and so forth. This created a fraud alert on the account which USBankis investigating current. The account was then froze due to ***************** trying to cash the check yet again. We set a few dates to meet which didnt pan out due to scheduling but tried to schedule for this weekend. ***************** grew very frustrated and started contacting my fianc who has nothing to do with the business. When asked to cease contact, he responded with what are you going to do about it? He then left her a message claiming he was going to contact her boss unless she made me call him. We were told by the Ada *********************** USBank, and our attorneys to only make contact with him through text for proof of the conversations. I dont believe this comment/complaint needs to be made public being this is simply a bullying tactic by *****************. We can supply the text messages as well as the voicemails, fraud case from USBank. Please remove this.
