    I purchased a custom rack from Razorback off road. They were given my make, model and year of my Polaris General to insure that their products would fit. After receiving a stock tire for my General I learned that the parts they sold me will not work with my spare (stock) tire. I have contacted RBO and requested the right rack and agreed to pay the difference but they refused due to their 30 day policy. RBO suggested I sell the items online and purchase a new one from them. Be aware if you purchase anything from this company. Very shady would not recommend this company and its products to anyone.

    Hello, We received a call yesterday from ***** and i will respond here with the items we discussed via telephone. ***** gave us his year make and model to ensure the fitment of the rack on his machine. ***** has had the product installed on his machine and the fit is perfect. The rack was installed and fits the machines body and he had no issues installing. ***** stated he purchased and received a tire (not from RBO as we do not sell tires) and the tire will not fit in the back of his machine. I have attached the website information regarding the additional products we sell which is a spare tire mount. The spare tire mount states on our website that it will hold up to a 28" diameter tire. Unfortunately ***** purchased a 31" tire which is a larger tire then we recommend (please see attached) and the **** will not fit on the mount. There are so many options for additional products that customers can install. We did not know the tire size ***** was going to install otherwise we would of warned him that the size will not fit with the spare tire mount. We are very sorry for his inconvenience for the larger spare tire not fitting , but Razorback Offroad received the year make and model to fit the rack to his machine and the rack is a perfect fit. We also note directly on our website for our customers what the product specifications are so they can make the best purchasing decisions. Unfortunately the size of tire he purchased was larger than we recommend for the spare tire mount. We tried to help ***** with offering some money towards purchasing the new rack that he would like instead, he declined that offer. I want to make sure it is clear that the Rack we recommended and he received fits the machine perfectly. ***** is having an issue with the tire he purchased after the rack was installed. We would be more than happy to extend the offer to give him additional dollars off to purchase one of the other customized styles of racks we have that will also fit his machine. Again we apologize for his inconvenience.     I am rejecting this response because:

    I was offered nothing from RBO. They said I should sell my rack online and buy a new one from them. Furthermore, I was sold the tire mount for the rack I purchased from them. RBO knew my make, model and year at no time did they tell me this tire (stock) would not fit nor did the description when ordering.

    Apologies, He has sent this same complaint to 2 offices. We were trying to be helpful and offer a discount for the next order. However after further review our company's statement and fitment is correct on our website as i stated previously. There was no complaint in 30 days as we offer a 30 day money back guarantee and there is no Manufacturer defect. The rack fits as noted on our website so consumer information is correct and highlighted on the website. Since he did not contact us for a return in *********************************************** fitment and He has had the rack installed for several months, we have closed this case. We tried to offer a discount, but he did not want it he only wanted his full amount because the larger tire (Larger than the stated/highlighted size on the website- we sent website info) he purchased wont fit. I had responded to the ***** BBB after the second response but missed that he is working 2 systems and i did not get the 2nd response. My apologies for my delay.

    I really hate to say this about one of our customers, but he is not telling the truth. He stated we never called him to resolve to date. The fact is that I personally spoke with him on January 23rd, 2024 at 2:43pm. I offered him a freight discount for the order of a new rack. That was just to help as there was nothing the company did that was needed to be resolved for the cost of the rack. It had been used, it was not within the ********************************************************************************************************************************************* is there now a defect on the rack. I hope this helps clarify the situation to date. I have attached the outgoing phone record that lasted 11 minutes and 13 seconds.
