      Ive been to your service department FOUR times for the same repair. Ive provided video of the problem occurring. Your tech has duplicated the problem but it remains. The repair was refused and I was told to call Honda America for a good will repair rather than the one that is expressed in the warranty.Ive had you tell me that it is caused by window tint when the problem was reported prior and is indicated on your paperwork. Ive had my front license plate holder blamed although the problem was present and reported per your own paperwork prior to the installation of the item. When your department engages in such antics trust is the casualty along with customer satisfaction and any hope of future business diminishes rapidly. It is this kind of dishonesty that makes people think what they do about dealerships. Be it a reaction to Hondas policies on remediation for warranty repairs and the profit motive or some other incentive/disincentivethis public derision is absolutely earned. One repair that was suggested was one I would have to pay for- Window visors (external)- I was quoted 283 USD plus another 100 USD for installation. When I looked up the price online from other dealers it was 128USD, a 150 dollar markup for a product I shouldnt need for a repair that Im not responsible forA bumper to bumper warranty that is worthless with additional profiteering by your dealership. I wish I was making it up.One would think that a dealership would have the know how to repair the item they sell. ****, the service department manager didnt have much to say on this when I called. He was upset that this review was posted and rather than fix the problem with trying to proffer off of warranty work rather than fix it or the fact that it took video of the event to get anyone to be able to reproduce it, he told me to pound sand. Id expect many more will have this experience. Must have something to do with the ** rating they have on BBB. Thanks ****

      NO STARS- Do not go to Middlekauf Honda service, we will never go back. My 17-year-old son took his car to them for an oil change on 1/4/2024 and they didnt put his skid plate back on right the next morning he took it back and they used zip ties to hold it on and gave him a $20.00 off coupon. There is damage to it skid plate and it needs replaced. The new shop showed us the zip ties. My son only drives back and forth to school so it takes longer from oil change to oil change. He went back into Middlekauf Honda to see if they would make this right since it is their fault. My son was told that if he bought the skid plate, they would put it on for free. They should replace it because it was their fault. Nothing like taking advantage of a young kid, that's a new kind of low.

      Thank you for sharing your experience, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you've encountered.

      Upon reviewing the circumstances surrounding your son's visit to service on January 4th, 2024, we found that the under panel of your vehicle was indeed dragging the next day due to what we determined to be deep snow/slush-covered roads as we see this often. In response, we promptly reattached the cover using zip ties, as the retainers were completely missing and we do not stock ********** components understanding hed like to be back on the road promptly.

      It's important to note that when your son returned to us 10 weeks later on March 20th, 2024, we found only minimal damage to the cover, which did not significantly affect its functionality. We explained that the missing retainer did not cause the cover to drag or be out of position, and such wear and tear are common among vehicles of this age and miles.

      Furthermore, as your vehicle is a **********, we do not stock the factory retainers that were lost due to the snow load. However, we assured your son that the zip tie used to secure the panel effectively holds it in place, as we had communicated to you during the initial repair.

      We understand your frustration regarding the conflicting information you received from another business regarding the need for new parts. However, based on our assessment, a replacement shroud was not necessary, and we offered to provide the labor at no charge if you chose to purchase new parts.

      We strive to provide exceptional service and address any issues that arise. We regret any miscommunication or misunderstanding and would welcome the opportunity to discuss this matter further to reach a satisfactory resolution.
