    7/31/24 To whom it may concern, on 7/11/24 I, Dr. ****** ******* bought a 2002 ******** Eldorado from Twin Falls ******************************* ****** *********. ****** had described the cosmetic & mechanical condition of the care as being pristine, except for a paint chip on the back bumper. I explained to ****** numerous times to disclose ANY imperfections in the paint, body, or mechanics, and he continued to insist the condition of the car, including the cosmetics were impeccable. We also did a face time around the car via our cell phones, however the car was located inside the dealership at the time and imperfections were not apparent as the lighting was not sufficient to expose them. I hired a transport company to transport the car from the dealership to my home in ********, **. The car arrived on 7/26/24 when I was out of town. My wife called me and described some of the cosmetic deficiencies she saw including dents, paint touch **** scratches, and paint loss. I arrived home on 7/28/24 and after inspecting the car in the light, found multiple cosmetic issues that were never disclosed to me, and were not evident during out face time. These issues included: multiple dents in the body, 5 instances of paint touch up, paint rub, paint loss, and scrapes & scratches too numerous to mention ( I do have a detailed list of all cosmetic deficiencies). In short, the car was not in the condition advertised or promised to me & would need extensive repair to be in such condition. On Monday7/29/24 I contacted Twin falls Chevrolet Sales Manager **** **********-******** to express my concerns with the car & try to find an amicable solution to this problem. He asked for the load report from the car ******************** taken at that time by the driver. Please see full description (continuation of this document in the attachment section, the dealership already has been sent a damage report and photos which they have disregarded. I need your assistance in resolving this issue, thank you

    I bought the car on August 18th, 2023. I bought a 2008 Buick Lucerne with no warranty, however they said nothing was wrong with car and they were selling as is. I drove the car off the lot and 30 minutes into driving it the check engine light came on when it wasnt listed an issue. I called them and they lied to me saying it could be the battery. For 2 days it didnt have any issues. On the 3rd day is when I noticed problems accelerating. The car would rev when exeleratimg and the car would shake. It would shake in reverse and idle speed. On January 1st **** it wouldnt accelerate at all and had to tow it to my house. I called them the next morning explaining what happened. They tried to charge me more than other local companies to diagnose the car. I told them I would rather go do it else where and then they asked if my insurance would cover towing and I said it wouldnt. After a lot of back and forth they agreed to tow it and diagnose it for free. I am still wanting compensation for the time and fix I already put into it the time that my car was un usable and for the gas cost because it has been using more gas due to the engine not running right.
