Hired this Company for a deck enclosure. Paid him in full and he started and hasn't come back to finish. Will not return phone calls or texts. The rest of the materials that I paid for are not even on my property . I have tried everything I can to get ahold of him with no luck .

A contract was signed with legacy renovation for the demolition of a previous brick patio and placement of a new patio built of pavers. After completion and signing of the contract and a down payment of $6000 legacy renovations started the work. Work was done very poorly with pavers being placed directly onto soil in some sections and with pavers being placed on only 1-2 inches of sand in other places. There was destruction of owner's property with a fence being torn down, curbing broken, and sod being damaged. When the contractor laid down the pavers the process was started in 2 different locations and when they fail to match in the center he created a patchwork with an obvious defect in the pattern. Pavers are very unbalanced and uneven with pavers near the house being lower than the rest of the patio allowing water to drain into the foundation. Contractor was happy to call the work completed until he was called out on his errors. At that point he wanted to remedy his error by using a clay ********* to level the pavers. However, there is no sand under some pavers and only a small amount under others and the work cannot be repaired would have to be completely torn out and redone. All of this is after he is 2 weeks past his deadline. At this point the contractor refuses to answer the phone calls and refuses to meet with the home owner. He was told not to enter the property to collect his belongings unless homeowner was there to address the issues. Ultimately, he waited until the homeowner was not home and then he came into the property and took their belongings. As the homeowner, I requested a refund as I will have to hire a new contractor tonredonthe work and repaur the property damage. Contractor has been unwilling to answer phone calls or to address poor service other than offering to redo work when he is not welcome on the property and has made it clear that he doesn't know how to do the work. ***** has been seen by other contractors who confirm poor work.
