    On 8/21/2024 **** called us and said that his shop in ******* was shut down and everyone was standing around because they had no power. He stated it was an emergency. We didn't have anyone available, but I pulled one of our electricians from a huge job that we were doing so he could go get them back up and running. We had a tech on location within 1 hour of Gregs phone call to me. Within the next 4 hours we had that shop back up and running. We diagnosed the problem and completely updated and replaced the panel main breaker and interior feeding breaker for the outside panel. We purchase $535 dollars' worth of material and spent 4 hours fixing it, I charged him $390 for labor, I didn't even charge the emergency call fee. Over a year later he still hasn't paid. I've talked to him 3 times and he says he'll pay and never does. I've emailed, snail mailed and left voice messages, stating that we know these are hard times and we're willing to work out a payment plan. Now he won't even answer my call or return my call. I would think twice about working with **** ********, he's defiantly shady. He can't even pay a $925 bill, just left us hanging even though we moved quickly to help him.
