I made an appt for two heavenly pedicures on Sept. 3rd for Oct 15th at 11am with the intension of paying their stated online price of $65 per heavenly pedicure. After our pedicures were complete today(10/15/2021), I was told my total was $150 for both which did not include the gratuity as I was paying that with cash separately. As I left, I realized that it seemed to be over priced so I clarified online that their price was in fact $65 each which should have made my total $130. I called Highlands to let them know they over charged me. I spoke with ***** who stated their prices increased on Oct 1st to $75 each. I informed her that I was not aware of that and made the appt with the intention of paying $65 each. She stated that they sent out an email, which I never received and I informed her that their online prices still advertise for $65 on this day(10/15/2021). She did not offer a refund of the difference which should have been honored. She also did not offer an apology and was blunt and short with me. She did not even offer to check with management. This was poor costumer service. I will not be returning to Highlands for any service and will be relaying this to all friends, family, and coworkers.
