  Scam. They scammed my mother out of $120. Gave fake tracking info and fake one 800 number when she tried to recover her loss

  When I tried 5o order one of their microneedling kits, my credit card was declined. I attempted one more time. ****. Fast forward a couple weeks, I get a charge from them on my card, and not even for the kit I had attempted to buy. Now, I was attempting to treat myself, which I do once in a while only, as I am disabled and have a limited income. We'll, I had treated myself elsewhere and their unauthorized charge cause issue for me, overdrawn!! I attempted to talk with the company via email and they were less than useless. So, the product shows up. What the heck, migh5 as well try it since I'm stuck with it, because their customer service is a joke, full of condescending twits. What a bunch of garbage. This is sub par at best. I've made multiple attempts to get my money back and each new person just gives me the same bs as the last, disregarding the fact I am housebound and do not drive. Returning this garbage would be a burden. I want my money. Oh and their products are on ****** for much cheaper than their website and I still wouldn't buy it, now that I know how awful the products are. The hydroneedle is poorly made, crude construction and the serum is watery and ineffective. Steer clear of these thieves.

  I wish I had checked this site before purchasing Glamory. Firstly, aluminum cover is really difficult to remove. Then, after poking my face for 10 min. I noticed very little product dispensed. Clearly works downward (gravity fed) only. Now after reading similar reviews, and, that Glammory has horrible customer service, and, that their return policy is bogus, I know I'm just another ripped off customer.

  The system isnt very well designed. The micro needles dont release the serum properly, well at all. They try and give you how to information, but it doesnt work. If you ask for a refund, within the 30 days, they give you the runaround. Then they say they want before & after photos. Even when I supplied everything they ask for, I was offered a $17 refund on a $90 purchase. I never received the $17. Complete and total scam of a company.

  Their website states money back guarantee. I have contacted the company via email and was told I would receive up to 20% back. 8 emails in 2 days later i still have not been told how to return this cr@p. The reps ********* are all automated and do not address your questions or concerns. This company is a scam and should be shut down.

  DONT BUY THEY DONT DO WHAT THEY SAY. CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOTHING THE ***** IS ALWAYS BUSY . I ORDER 6 BOTTLES THEY GAVE ONE EXTRA ISFOR THE ***** TO BE PUT IN AND THE NEEDLE HEAD PUT ON THE BOTTLES WITH THE ***** DONT WORK WITH THE NEEDLE HEAD THE HEAD MALFUNCTIONED AND CUTMY FACE TOLD THE COMPANY WHICH TOOK FOREVER TO GET A RESPONSE THEY SENT ME A NEW HEAD BUT NO NEW EMPTY BOTTLE I WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS MY FAULT THAT I DISCARDED IT AND I WOULD NEED TO ORDER A NEW SYSTEM TO GET THE NEW EMPTY BOTTLE. WHEN YOU ORDER A 3 MONTH SUPPLY THEY GIVE YOU ONE EMPTY BOTTLE TO APPLY THE ***** I DID NOT KNOW. I ONLY OPENED ON BOX. ALSO WHEN YOU GET A EMAIL FROM THE COMPANY IT IS ROBOTIC ANS SAYS THE SAME THING. JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY . USE THE OTHER COMPANY THE HAVE 24 CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HAVE LIVE CHATS.

  Their NO RISK 60 DAY GUARANTEE IS BOGUS. It says to ask for a refund and you will get it no questions asked if you don't get the results.I asked for a refund and they told me that I cannot get refunded on the opened product. If I used it, no refund. So how do you know you don't like it unless you use it? Complete BS... Hmmm... will fight for my refund!
