I purchased a 2015 ****** cross trek from the dealership at asking price as is from this company and was told it is in perfect running order with no know conditions. 2 days after my purchase the vehicle was leaking fluids. The fluid in the engine are leaking together which is a common know problem for this make of vehicle cause by bad gaskets which lead to blowing the head of the vehicle. Upon taking the vehicle back to the dealership 2 times within my 30 days of purchase I found that the gaskets of the motor are bad as well as a bad catalytic converter which both need replaced. I paid 14 thousand dollars for a vehicle that I was led to believe was in perfect condition.and this dealership has told me I will have to pay for everything myself and fix. I do not believe that it is rite in any matter that a company should be allowed the ability to sell something as in working conditions and market the item as no issues yet that truly has known underling issues that ultimately make the vehicle inoperable and unsafe. I am a single mother with a toddler and work a full time job. I do not have the financial ability to spend thousands of dollars trying to repair a vehicle I just purchased believing it was in great condition. Not have the ability to take another loan out to finance another vehicle. I am hoping that others can be warned of this issue so that no one else can be put in this condition. The world operates on sales and trades and its business that we rely on should take there supply to us as a serious matter and conduct themselves with great integrity.
