    My wife and I have been renting a property from 33 degrees llc. We have been renting from them since October we have been moved to 3 different properties due to problems with each property. The current trailer we are in has needed electrical work done for over a month, any time we try to use our bedroom lights a fuse blows in the breaker box causing sparks and smoke, we have put in multiple maintenance requests. The property manager *****, keeps saying he'll talk to the owner then we won't hear from him unless I text him to ask what's going on. All 3 properties they have had us in have had mold in the bathrooms.

    This is a copy of our lease with 33 degrees llc. I texted the landlord on Tuesday, today is Thursday he hasn't read or replied to my messages.
