    - Transaction Date: 10/4/2023 - Transaction Amount: $60 I'm disputing the charge because I never received any of the five products that I ordered from Intrigue and Entropy. I received a partial refund of $8 but I am still missing $52. I paid $60 in October and $52 in November. I did receive the full refund amount on the November 2023 payment if there is any confusion there but the owner of Intrigue and Entropy is refusing to refund the total amount.

    My site policy clearly states I do not refund Custom Order payments. Those payments include consultations, planning and scheduling services. My time can not be refunded.

    This customer was late with their final payment multiple times and then decided not to continue the project instead of paying it. I provided a partial refund out of kindness and reminded the customer of my site policy. 

    The customer was upset and threatened to chargeback the full amount through their bank. I have not received a chargeback. I can only assume the bank had their own policy regarding the time line or chose to respect my site policy.
