      My car broke down at the Dollar Store in *************, Friday September 2, 2022. I called my insurance tow service and they sent this company. My grandson had already brought us home so I left the key in the cup caddy. I described my car in great detail to their dispatch and exactly where it was parked. I received a call from the driver asking me "what kind of car was he getting and where is it parked?" Needless to say I ended up going back to the store to show him. He was alone so I ended up helping him get my car. I told him that I would push it out of the parking spot so it would be straight and he declined as he would just use the wench. Well, he was pulling my car out of the parking spot at an angle and when he went to finally get it up on the trailer ... the strap came undone and he kept pulling it. He followed me to my mechanic because he didn't know where he was going. We got there and instead of slowly lowering my car off the trailer ... he kind of just let it go and it hit the ground pretty hard. Because it was Labor Day weekend, I was unable to get my car until Tuesday. When I did pick it up my mechanic asked me about the damage on my bumper. He could see the drag **** that was left from when the car was put on the trailer. I called the owner of the tow company ***. He asked me to send pictures which I did. I turned it in to my insurance and they contacted HONK and because of what the tow company stated to them ... they declined my claim. They said I would need to contact the company. I sent them a letter asking for their insurance company on October 11, 2022 and have still not heard back from them. I will be going to small claims regarding this damage since I have my mechanic, two body shops and a neighbor that used to be a body shop owner that all stated they could determine it was from being pulled and dropped off the trailer. I do NOT recommend this company for any reason.
