            05/12/2021 $980 VRI'S CONTRACT STATES THAT WE HAVE 6 YEARS TO MAKE A RESERVATION I was contacted by ******** that stated that VRI has since gone out of business and they are offering me to pay $521 in order to extend an offer that I have already paid for. I will not have $521 unexpected dollars for a trip that I have already paid for.             This company, VIP Globe has taken over the company, ******************************* Their Reservation Specialist, *************************** called and emailed me the same day regarding my vacation package that I purchased with the previous company( ******************************** He stated and demanded that I pay $571 USD on the spot otherwise I would lose my vacation package and the money that I previously paid would be nonrefundable. The money that I initially paid was $1398.60USD. VIP GLOBE, only wants to take advantage of the previous owners customers. I am a school teacher. I have been teaching for 30yrs and I have never seen any company disregard their clients in such a manner. I was willing to pay the requested $571USD but I could not pay it all at one time. I needed a payment plan for maybe a couple of weeks. Their representative, *************************** was so rude and condescending that I asked him if I could speak to a manager. He rudely told me "No" and started talking over me. He began to tell me that he will let the IT people know that I didn't want my membership anymore. This was a complete lie and hung up in my face. If you are a hard working person trying to provide a vacation for your family PLEASE,PLEASE, PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! do not use this company. They have literally taken my money. If I could give them a ZERO I would
