Our office received an invoice for products we never ordered or received. This has happened a couple of times before, over a year ago, maybe more. The invoices stopped coming for a time, but as I stated, we just received another one. This company has fraudulent practices.

      Re: Complaint# ********

      Dear Resolutions Specialist,

Pocket Pros is in receipt of your letter dated February 3, 2023 regarding a consumer complaint. The original complaint inquired about a bill the consumer received that they believed was not owed.

We have addressed the invoicing confusion. It is our belief the individual's concerns have been satisfied, and the issue has been resolved. We're disheartened to have lost this customer, but completely understand. They have been added to our "Do Not Contact" list and will receive no further mailings or contact from **.

Pocket Pros works with tens of thousands of clients across ***************** selling printed products, some of which contain advertising. It is possible there may be misunderstandings and we always attempt to resolve any such issues quickly.

We can be reached at ************** with any other questions.

      Thank you.

      Regards,

      Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me, but I believe this company is opportunistic
and attempting to receive payments for products that were neither ordered or received.

      Sincerely,

Pocket Pros sent us an invoice for pocket schedules for a local school without the schools knowledge. In fact, it is a total scam. They make it look like we owe for the invoice and will be charged interest if we do not pay. This money does not support the school at all even though the invoice makes me think that it will.
