WE are a month to month lease. Customers can cancel lease at any time. In order to avoid paying next months rent the would need to cancel 10 days prior to the 1st. If cancellation is not given in time customer will be required to pay balance for month in full. We do not prorate a customers Move Out total.
Insurance is not something that we offer at this time. But we do tell customers that if insurance is something that you are interested please contact a local insurance agent.
