      Dispatcher was very courteous and helpful explaining the products and prices to me. I asked how quickly it could be delivered and it was delivered the same day. Highly recommend this company.

      DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES - I placed an order for 40 yards of unfiltered soil. I am retired and earn $790/mo retirement income. I asked for specific pricing. What is price per yard and what is delivery cost for 40 yards. I was quoted $13/yard and $120 delivery. (appx $670 inc tax). I was handed a bill for $939. The driver gave me the "I just work here" line. The dispatcher was called. He now says the delivery fee was $120 PER LOAD. He never relayed how many loads the 40 yards would be and I was stuck with the $360 delivery fee. He refused to abide by his initial quoted price of $120. He told me pay or he would put a lien on my home. Deceptive business practices employed by failing to provide true cost prior to delivery. I have my own dump trailer and would have saved the delivery fee had I known it was $360.
