  Project Dates: February 2 May 19, 2025 We hired Quick Restore in *****, *****, to manage a full downstairs restoration projectflooring, baseboards, and repaintingwith a timeline estimate of 45 weeks. We made our first payment on February 2, 2025, with clear expectations and scope agreed upon with their project manager.Instead, the experience dragged on for nearly four months and was marked by gross negligence, poor workmanship, and repeated damage to our home.During the initial 7.5 weeks, Quick Restore and their subcontractor:Damaged the kitchen countertop laminate, Broke the dishwasher during flooring installation, Damaged the kitchen island baseboards, Ruined the staircase installation The living room flooring had multiple visible gaps, and a large 2ft x 2ft soft spot where flooring was installed over an uneven surfacewithout disclosure or resolution. The downstairs bathroom featured sloppy, unfinished cuts around corners and the toilet. Upstairs areas showed misaligned, short cuts, and transitions were visibly unprofessional.After weeks of frustration, I had to personally request the General Manager, ******* ********, to come to my home to witness the condition firsthand. Only then was the scope of the damage acknowledged. The repair phasejust to undo and correct their own mistakestook an additional 4 weeks, concluding only on May 19, ******* a small business owner, I understand the risks of subcontracting, but this level of failure was egregious. It was an emotionally and financially draining experience that disrupted my familys home life and diverted valuable time and energy away from my own business goals.Quick Restore failed to deliver even basic professionalismin communication, execution, and accountability. Im filing this review to formally document the scope of failure and to strongly caution others considering this company.

  ******************************* and his team, ***** and ****, were very easy to work with. It was a long and tedious process, but ******* worked with us the whole time and answered all our questions as we came up with them. We would recommend them and would use them again if needed.

  After the pipe break in our kitchen which caused significant damage in our kitchen, basement, and dining room and the removal of all affected walls, cabinets, flooring and molding, Quick Restore did an excellent job in rebuilding our basement storage and utility rooms as well as rebuilding our entire kitchen and replacing the flooring in the dining room. ***** who was the project manager was really great in working with us and our insurance company. He was responsive to our questions and requests and got his construction team on site in a timely manner over the reconstruction period. It was also good working with ***** who joined the team late in the process. ******* construction team including ***** ******** and **** were very experienced and knowledgeable in every aspect of the reconstruction process and did quality work at every step. We are very happy with the results of their work and the quality of their service.
