    I was way overcharged, the technician reported more hours of service than actual, for follow up I would be charged a service call "IF" not related to the original service. No confidence that the technician would agree that follow-up was related to the original service so they wouldn't make good on their service - unless I agreed to pay more. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Dishonest and NOT customer oriented.

    ******, I do not understand how you were "overcharged" for a priced job that you agreed to before the job was even done.  That is the entire purpose of an estimate.  And we gave you a discount anyway when we were done because it was less involved than anticipated.

    For your follow up visit, you would not agree to pay for a service call if the issue was unrelated, and based on my experience it sounded unrelated.  I clearly stated on the phone that if it involved what we had done, we would warranty it, but if it did not then you would have to pay a service call.
