My problem with this company is the misleading way the contract to replace my roof was written. On one hand they state all material and labor will be provided by them. On the other they say the cost to replace bad decking is my responsibility and they will charge me $100 dollars a sheet. The contract, under re-deck says n/a. They then re-decked my entire roof and charged me an extra $3500 dollars. I asked for an itemized cost of materials and labor. I received a receipt for the plywood that they purchased to put down which shows a cost of $23 dollars a sheet. I paid $4000 dollars up front to cover the cost of materials which I have the delivery receipt but no cost of items. I never received a cost for labor either.The square footage of my home is 980. I wound up paying ****** total for the roof. The original contract was for $11,600. This was in August of this year. They tried to tell me my home was ***** square feet and they used 38 sheets of plywood. After I complained about the number of sheets of plywood, they reduced the bill. They did this roof in one day and charged me $2800 extra. I would like at least $1800 back.
