      1. I contracted Factory Direct to install floors paying upfront and in full 2. *** *******, Factory Direct's owner, broke Idaho state law by subcontracting this job to another person (****) without disclosing this to me. *** indicated that **** was his employee and referred to him as "my installer".3. **** was unlicensed/unregistered. He was a fugitive from ******* and had multiple felonies including armed burglary, assault with great bodily harm, aggravated stalking, and many drug charges. None of this was disclosed to me. *** sent **** into my home where I live alone with my young daughter. **** sexually harassed me, showed up at all hours of the day and night offering to bring me alcohol, would sit in my house for hours and then call me and ask when I was coming home and if I "couldn't see he was there on my cameras". He creeped my daughter out so bad that she refused to shower without wearing a swimming suit and had to work through it in therapy.4. **** was dishonest. He ripped up all my floors then told me he couldn't proceed with the install unless I paid an additional $2,800 to have him seal the floors with Red Gard. I was told if I didn't the floors would be ruined in 6 months and that he and *** were "both in agreement". I paid the money.5. **** did not place the required floor pad that I had paid for and installed the floors directly on top of subfloor, voiding the manufacturer's 25-year warranty. He did not install toe kicks I had paid for, didn't caulk around sinks/toliets, and floored over my crawl space hatch so my crawl space is inaccessible.6. I found out about a month after the install was complete and asked *** to install the pad and fix the other issues. **** was at this point in jail and awaiting extradition to ********7. *** refused, offering to refund for the pad cost and send another unlicensed/unregistered subcontractor to do the sealing and cut out the crawl space.8. Without the pad my floors are already starting to fail.

      I purchased LVP flooring from this company on 2/16/22. It seemed fine at first but over time the flooring appears to be defective and, in addition, the installation was apparently not done properly. The floor has a lot of tenting, gaps are now showing up between the planks and the tenting is now getting worse to the point of looking like the planks will come up.I contacted the company. I contacted the company in May and June on ************************************************************************************************************************************** the requested information. This problem is getting worse by the day.
