    12 month lease has ended and i would like to vacate the premises October 31, 2024. This is not a safe community for me or my family. Recent raid by **** team has made nights difficult for us and we feel very unsafe. I just want my lease to terminate after the agreed 12 month period and not go another sleepless night concerned for my life and safety of loved ones. I'd appreciate assistance at this time as I've called the company and have not been met with a reasonable resolution.

    Thank you for passing this message over to our company. Johnson Property Manages a variety of apartments on ************ in *****, and they are also part of a larger residential community full of properties that our company does not own or manage. We don't have any information on a SWAT raid as referenced in the complaint, nor have other residents of properties we manage expressed any concern of safety in the community we manage there.

    All of our residents are treated the same as per fair housing guidelines, and we cannot provide preferential treatment to one tenancy over another. We manage all properties per our signed, agreed upon rental agreement that clearly states that residents must provide a written, 30 day notice to terminate in accordance with ****** requirements. The lease agreement indicates that it automatically turns into a month-to-month agreement after the initial fixed term, until such time that we receive a proper 30 day written notice effective for a full calendar month, and not in the months of November or December. The residents that issued this complaint have improperly provided a one-week notice, which is not accepted for an October 31st termination. We kindly ask that the residents that issued this complaint abide by the rental agreement that they signed and follow the terms accordingly.

    I am writing to formally request the complete termination of my lease for the apartment located at W ******************* which is currently set to expire on October 31st, 2024. This request is prompted by an ongoing criminal investigation in a nearby apartment that has raised serious safety concerns. 


    The nature of the investigation has created an environment where we no longer feel safe, leading to significant anxiety and a fear for our safety. The inability to obtain restful sleep has severely impacted the mental and physical health, making the current living situation untenable.


    Given these serious circumstances, we believe the completion of the lease is warranted. We kindly request your understanding and cooperation in allowing us to vacate the premises without penalties or further obligations.


    Please advise us on any other necessary steps to facilitate this transition. We hope we can resolve this matter amicably and promptly.

    Good morning,

    We don't have any new information to add to this complaint beyond our initial response, and we've found the request for an accommodation to this rental agreement to be unreasonable. We have received no documentation or report information on any kind of a criminal investigation or **** raid from any source, no report information, nor any other documentation related to any kind of a specific event that is causing hardship to these or any other of our residents on *******************. At this time, we're just asking for the rental agreement to be followed with regard to providing a proper ********************************************************************************************************** compliance with the State of Idahos guidelines and our company is hired by our clients to manage for all of our residents in the same manner which is based on the written, signed agreement that we've made between our company and the residents in the rental properties that we manage.

    One of the owners, ******* Johnson threaten to physically cause harm to my physical body due to a lack of payment. Its been calling and harassing constantly trying to collect payment from me when Ive never been a tenant of his. His threats are violent and angry, and he has been known to scam others. In the past. I think this business should be shut down.

    This individual has never done business with Johnson Property Mgmt, LLC. He is a scam artist living in ******* ********** that was attempting to sell a vehicle on marketplace to my minor son that had an odometer rollback on the vehicle. He took $2500 from a minor, and I'm sure has scammed many other people since. His only method of trying to legitimize his actions is to post ****** Reviews on the business accounts of people he has scammed. Fantastic.
