    Our apartment thats on the second floor flooded the bathroom. The day it happened was August 6th. I called the property management and they said they will have someone come out and take a look. There has been over 5 different companies that came out already and they ripped out the floors and demolished the walls. We had to put something in front of the holes because I have an autistic son and he kept crawling through the walls. It has been over a month and it smells horrible in the bathroom. Also, one of the repair guys came out and he didnt take the staples out of the floor. Me and my boyfriend have both stepped on staples and nails. Ive been trying so hard to get ahold of management and they just dont respond. I work from home so I cant have loud noises in the background so I missed a lot of work and was let go. I emailed management saying that we should at least get a free month of rent or something because this is such a safety hazard for my kids

    Hello, 

    I have been in direct contact with the tenant and we are working to finalize the repairs being done and to resolve all concerns directly with the tenant. We have also encouraged the vendor completing the repairs to try & expedite the final stage of repairs so we can wrap this up for the tenant.
