      I will never buy from them again. I bought a replacement pump on Amazon last May, pump stopped working in June. THE PUMPS ONLY LAST 2 MONTHS!!!! Sent an email to Polygroup yesterday with a screenshot from the amazon storefront dated June29th in the messages but because I did not contact them directly and the pump warranty is expired now, they will not replace it. I took too long to request assistance. Even though the pump was broke back in June.

      Polygroup is a sham of a company, do not buy their products from ******** either.The Christmas tree I bought lasted 1 ***** ************************ insisted on spending 2 hours on troubleshooting & then informed me that there was nothing they could do, no replacement.Then said 48 hours before I could talk to a supervisor - terrible, throwing in the garbage.

      I bought my 7.5 foot Christmas tree last November 2022. This Christmas a section of lights went out and now my entire tree is out. They will not replace my tree but send me lights. The lights on the tree are IN the branches. If I wanted a strand of lights I would go by them myself. Will never buy another tree from here!

      We've had our 7.5 ft pre lit Milford pine quick set for 5 Christmases! It still looks fantastic and all of the lights still work! I've never had a better tree in my 59 years.

      Liars. Do not stand behind warranties. Had receipt and all. Brand new tree $250 and none of the lights work.

      AWFUL!! after 2 weeks the bottom lights went out on my tree. I requested a strand of lights because my husband is pretty handy and could make it work. I work 2 jobs and they require I troubleshoot when I am at home. So my only chance to be home to talk to them is on Sat from 2-7 I can't believe that I have sent 3 emails filled out the warranty papers filed a warranty claim, been on hold ***** min twice trying to reach them, and when I get through.... I have to call back to troubleshoot. Its a strand of lights.... seriously.

      I had a 3 year warranty for a tree that I purchased from *********** It was the last day of the warranty when I out my tree up and half of the light from the middle-up didn't work. I called ********** and let them know and let them know it was under warranty. They wanted to send me a small pack of replaceable bulbs and try to replace each and every bulb. To which I let them know I wasn't doing that and the lights themselves weren't the issue but the wiring/electrical. They then forwarded my information to PolyGroup. They called and let me know all they could do was send out a couple new strands of lights. So what is a warranty for, if they company doesn't stand behind their product and then replace a whole tree. No, instead they send out lights, have the customer take off the broken strands of lights and have to restrained the tree ourselves. When I asked them if they would stand behind the new set of lights and we would get a new warranty for just the replacement lights they were sending out, they basically told me no, it was the last day of my warranty and that was the end. My next purchase will not be from this company. Terrible customer service and the obviously don't stand behind their own workmanship.

      I would rather give 1/2 a star! This business is awful to deal with, I bought out Christmas tree last year, had it up for 3 weeks then put it away until this year we set it up and the middle section would not light, called Polygroup and they gave us some ideas to try and of course nothing worked so they decided to send us an adapter and that didnt work so after being on the phone with this outfit 5 times, they are going to send us a gift card in the amount of the tree but you can only use the card on line, I asked why? They said thats what they do, its under warranty for 2 years but only used the tree for 3 weeks beware and do not buy from this place **** club sells theses trees and **** club only has a 30 day warranty on these trees after you buy them so Im guessing they do not have faith in these trees either! **********

      *************** to deal with, headquarters in ***** (thats the first problem). Xmas Tree was out of warranty and they have no parts available to replace the controller on the tree. I even offered to buy it. Couldnt tell me who their retailers are that might have a controller in stock. ****** would be wise to stop selling their c*** Another ******* made piece of junk.

      If I would have known how awful Polygroup assists customers with their Christmas tree claims I would have NEVER purchased the Christmas tree to begin with. My 12ft tree wont light up in certain areas. Ive called 4 times and have been given 4 different answers and was basically told to go to the store ask for a copy of my receipt from 3 years ago!!! In order to have a replacement tree sent to me. After being on the phone for an hour, and the apparent supervisor listening to my call no where was it mentioned according to Polygroup that I needed a receipt. So. According to Polygroup it was my choice to drive to the store, ask the store to retrieve my 3 year old receipt, and all of this to be send strands of lights on a 12 foot tree?!?!? Im what right mind does stringing a 12ft tree seem like a good idea? Ohh and better yet the replacement lights wont be arriving to my home until 7-10days. Ill be lucky if the lights arrive before Thanksgiving. Im decorating my tree now, not in 7-10days. The customer service is horrible, and I will make sure never to buy ANY products from this company because of their lack of support in honoring the warranty on their products.
