Here is the correspondence between us and ***********************************. We did not steal any money and we have attempted multiple times to call her back and she never responded to our email response.

It seems your movers left a ton of stuff behind. Some of it still at the house that I probably can't even get now because the new owners are there. I have called them to see exactly what was left. I am missing a wheel ****** that had all my hoses in it, a large box with all the chemicals to a hot tub, 6 planters off my front porch, a Christmas painting, an oak office chair, a leaf blower, cat litter and a case of water. These are most if not all that were left after renting another trlr. By the way, how did you figure 2 hrs on either end to load an entire house and garage? It seems you set me up to charge me an astronomical amount more. So how do I get all my stuff back to *******.

We appreciate you as a customer and thank you for choosing ******************** for your relocation. After reading your email and gathering information from the crew, I have outlined my response below.
As you know, the estimate was based on one 26' truck. We filled the truck to its entirety, then we agreed to obtain a 6x12 trailer (the most affordable option for you). We split our "at cost" on this trailer for you, meaning we lost money on it. Which is fine, we wanted to show you our willingness to provide outstanding customer service.
Per my conversation with the crew, you advised them to take what wouldn't fit to your neighbors home down the road and you would get it later (this is second hand, I wasn't there for the conversation, this is what I was informed). They hand carried what they could, I can't confirm or deny that 100% of what you are describing was done, but they did make an effort to do so. Also we don't transport chemicals or liquids as outlined in our statement below. I have also attached your signed estimate for your reference to this.
We filled both the truck and trailer to its fullest, with keeping the integrity of the load secure to the best of our ability. When we went to get the trailer we stopped the clock for you, to save you money (we still paid our movers for that time). On average it takes 2-3 hours to unload a 26' truck. As you know this was a 26' truck and 6x12 trailer at this point. The unload will now naturally take longer. It also took some extended time based on the fact we had to take a large amount of totes around the residence to the back patio and shed. On the load the majority of these were in the garage, near the truck. We do invoice for the amount of hours reserved, so in this case I based it upon low averages, to keep costs down (if at all possible). This policy is also outlined below.
