I was playing on an online casino called funraze and or something and I bought 20 real dollars to play with and so I got on to play a shooting game call ocean hunter and you shoot ananinal till you catch them if you do happen to catch them. Well I went to check out this game I have around 20 dollars after .88 my problem though is the fact that the game told me I was on a free totoral but the next thing I know I have no money left but .88 and so I contacted the and they said I'm there is a pop up box that lets you know that that you are really playing but I did not get the pop up. I have been affected by some shady, likely illegal practices by a sweepstakes casino named Funrize.I documented everything of course, the terms and conditions, award rules, support responses and the areas that violated ARS ********** first thought was going to the AGs office of both ***** (where company is headquartered) and ******* (where company is doing business) but thought this might get more traction and protect more ********* short Funrize gives out free spins as a reward for signing in daily (and a way to get you to go back to their site). I got a big win on one of those free spins of $163.They used a section in their terms (section 5.7) to only allow me to redeem $25 of my winnings to my bank account and then zeroed out the remaining $138.They stated they can do that due to Section 5.7 of their terms which treats free spins and daily bonus wins differently than sweepstakes coins you get free when you purchase gold coins.The issue is according to Arizona ARS ******* they can not do ******** sweepstakes casinos can work legally is that you purchase something usually called gold coins, they have no value, but when you purchase they give you Free Sweepstakes coins that can be redeemed for cash or prizes.Funrise stated in the support chat that Sweepstakes coin winnings from purchases can be redeemed for up to $2000 per day. So by their own admission they are treating free sweepstakes coins differently depending on how they are acquired (ie. $25 redemption limits and forfeiting remainder for free coins gained one way but $2000 redemption limit for coins you gained through a purchase).Even if this were legal (it clearly violated ARS *******), there is no transparency on what free sweepstakes coins are gained which way. I am a player at the online casino called Funzcity. I hit a good amount and redeemed it right away and waking up next day after the winning I checked the status of my redemption and it got denied amounting to nearly $2540 saying that they have this 5/7 rule that any winnings from a free coins is limited to $25 only. I was very frustrated because there is a feature in their website that when you make a purchase, it will earn you a scratch card and cashback that you can play to win real money. You only get these feature when you purchase with them which I did that's why i earned them. They also have this daily bonus every time you log in and will get free coins or free plays which I did not redeem that day. Now, I am in touch with their customer service and I am getting no help about this. Their promotions are misleading. They are saying no purchase necessary or needed but when you hit a good amount of winning they would apply this rule and they are very being defensive about it that they don't listen to you and just copy and paste their statement. I'm in touch with a senior customer service and since there is still no resolution, I requested a higher level that could help and he told me there is none like how? It is a company and there should be a chain of command to follow. they restricted my account right away and now I don't have access nor can purchase anything from it without me asking to restrict it. I felt so harassed with this company. I just want my winnings and be able to use the service again that's all but it seems like there is no mercy from them. I also requested just a refund of my purchases because they refuse to pay my winnings and I don.t get any clear resolution.I just want my winnings or have their licensed revoked because I am not legging this go and to scam more people.Initial Complaint

I paid money on there account and I hit the grand jackpot of 250 on bonus came out of bonus with 288 played a little more and got it to 321 dollars out of know where my account was blocked and could not get back into it I have never been treated like this before and its crazy I think there website should be shut down if it happend to me who else has this happend tooInitial Complaint

I hit 4 big bingo wins on 3 different days. I screen recorded one of the wins and have fought with them for 3 weeks to be told they werent going to credit me for these wins! Over 800$!! I attempted to redeem my winnings on the late evening may 10th or early morning may 11th from Funrize I had to send them some documents which i went back in to check on and **** my winnings including the 120 I was playing on and had in active game play when I inquired and asked a customer service agent (******) for my ******************** history which is my personal information which should be available upon demand she denied it to me stating they have the records but its company policy to not give players their own gaming history which after this I can see why so that they can rob you when I inquired as to where my winnings went she claimed they were won on a free play, however on may 2nd I made a deposit and still had funds remaining from my deposit of my own personal money in my account so that claim is obviously not true I requested my personal info numerous times to which she continually said that its company policy not to provide their customers with their own personal info. Arent there privacy laws to prevent this type of thing especially with an **************** based out of *******? also I do have screen shots to prove all of this so if you need them then let me know asap. I am writing to formally file a complaint against **A1 Development LLC**, the parent company of **NoLimitCoins**, regarding misleading business practices, On May 1 , I realized that my young grandson had gotten into my account and spent a ton of money from the 15th to 30 April. I immediately put blocks [describe your interaction or issue, e.g., purchased Gold Coins believing they had monetary value or requested a withdrawal and received no response]. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter with NoLimitCoins' customer support, I have not received a satisfactory resolution. on my account and contacted **********************. They were generous and paid refunded me the money from the 20th to the 30th however most of the money spent from the 15th to the 20th. Dear Funrize customer support, I am writing with extreme urgency to follow up on my critical request for a full refund regarding significant unauthorized charges on my account. I initially contacted support previously this week to report that a child accessed my device and initiated numerous and unauthorized payments totaling over $2,000.00 on April 26th. I received a response indicating a refund was processed. However, I was dismayed to find that the refund issued was only for $100.00 +, covering charges from April 28th. It appears this minimal refund was approved for a date on which only a small number of purchases were made, completely disregarding the actual date of the significant unauthorized transactions which was clearly stated. The multiple, substantial unauthorized charges, initiated by my child without my knowledge or authorization, occurred on April 26th and totaled over $2,000.00.The consequences of this error are now catastrophic. These unauthorized withdrawals have left me unable to pay my mortgage, and I am facing immediate eviction and the imminent threat of homelessness. This is not a matter of mere financial inconvenience; it is a direct threat to my family's safety and security, leaving us with nowhere to live. The approved minimal refund for the 28th does nothing to address the $2,000+ taken without hesitation on the 26th. I urgently implore you to intervene immediately to rectify this devastating error and process the full refund for the unauthorized transactions totaling over $2,000.00 that occurred on April 26th, which were initiated by I reiterate: a child. The fact that a small refund was issued for a different date only exacerbates the problem and highlights a fundamental misunderstanding of the situation. Tell us about your problem:On or around April 18, 2025, I redeemed $100 in winnings from the Funrize online gaming platform after making a $4.99 purchase to meet eligibility requirements. My purchase was completed and verified, and I placed the redemption request.The next day, I was told my payout was capped at $25 because my winnings came from free play. However, the company had unilaterally refunded my $4.99 purchase without my consent, using that refund to falsely claim my win was ineligible under their promotional rules.When I questioned this, Funrize responded by permanently banning my account and issuing a second $4.99 refund as a gesture of goodwill. This was retaliation and an attempt to sweep their conduct under the rug.
