I retained this business to help with legal matter, however they would not have an attorney present and I needed more formal legal representation. I put down the money and the next day canceled services. They have not provided any legal help whatsoever so I wanted to cancel, however they still charged me the $800. This business is a complete scam, its true what they say if it sounds too good to be true it is, I tried to cancel my transaction before services were provided and they threated me with collections, told me I am complete nonsense and the "case manager" is also the person in charge of the company. For two years now Ive been trying to reach anybody in this establishment with no resolve to my case whatsoever. Once they received payment, they kept delaying the process to get me my paperwork until it was too late to get the refund back from my bank. It's amazing that this guy believes he is the good guy in this scenario. He enrolled in our program. He completed a Questionnaire. He signed a User Terms of Service. He sent in previous court paperwork. He signed a Payment Plan. He sent us an email that he changed his phone number, and then three days later emailed that he sent us the wrong phone number.
While our legal staff was working on his case, we received noticed that he disputed the charges with his bank as fraudulent. This is obviously not true. He signed both a User Terms of Service and Payment Plan agreement that detail the payment dates and amounts.
We tried numerous times to call him at his new phone number. He did not return calls. We then emailed him asking why he would dispute the charges as fraud when he clearly participated in those charges. Instead of returning our call or email, he filed a complaint on the BBB. He is clearly a liar and a terrible person. He is in the wrong here.

In November I contacted this company to help with my son's visitation rights. I explained the situation, and I was told that it would be $100.00 to start the process. Then I was to pay $400.00, another payment of $400.00, and one last payment of $259.00. They received the $900.00, but my son never received any help. These people kept constantly messing up the paperwork, wouldn't return phone calls, kept lying to my son. It was a nightmare. They never answer the phone. They haven't helped my son at all. The dates of the transaction were 7/20/22 for the sum of $100, 7/27/2022 for the sum of $49, 8/10/2022 for the sum of $500, 8/22/2022for the sum of $49, 9/12/2022for the sum of $100, 9/20/2022 for the sum of $49, 10/11/2022 for the sum of $100, They were supposed to file court papers for me. I have told them I wanted to Appeal my Conciliation case but I never heard back from them. I have been calling them and emails but they won't respond to me. Sense they are not replying back to my calls I feel that they have not fulfilled there responsibility and I'd like to see what I can do about getting my money that I've paid them back.
