If you're one of the unlucky suckers living next to a cbh subdivision understand any concessions they make to you to get the subdivision approved will not be followed through on once they start construction, and there won't be a damned thing you can do about it." ...     "They'll ruin the fence they install, they'll forget to put freon in the REMOVEDunit and they'll not care at all that the house they're building is susceptible to water entering the crawlspace easily. Make sure the REMOVEDunit works properly before you ruin it and get a sump pump as soon as possible."
