    On 09/12/25 an employee of GutterDone came out and installed gutters. Approx. one week later we had rain and water running behind the gutters up into the house. I took several videos of that storm and subsequent others since then. I contacted ****** several times and he sent out the installer on 10/14/25. I wasnt home my wife met with him, she asked him if he had any of the videos that ****** had asked us to send and pointing out a few spots that are leaking badly and telling him about the spot out back that is washing out at the foundation the guy went off on my wife was extremely aggressive and yelled at her that he told us both that installing gutters would cause damage. She told him dont do anything she needed to call me first. While she was in the house on the phone with me the guy climbed on my roof and was up there doing god knows what for over a half hour. He was told to leave multiple times. My wife called GutterDone told them she wanted their aggressive employee to leave and he stayed for another 20 minutes on the roof. I have called and texted ****** multiple times sometimes he replies that h*** get back with me but nothing has been fixed. The Gutter Done warranty states-- WARRANTY: This certifies that the guttering systems installed by Gutter Done LLC, are guaranteed for a period of three (3) years from date of installation against sagging, pulling loose, leaking or not functioning properly due to improper installation.They have not functioned properly.
