  I cannot say enough good about the service I received from Ultimate Heating and Air. I called at 2:00 in the afternoon and the REMOVEDthe Technician was at my door an hour later. REMOVEDdiagnosed and fixed the problem within a couple of minutes. He also took the time to explain what the issue was. REMOVEDwas thorough, professional, courteous and just a pleasure to talk to. I definitely recommend REMOVEDand Ultimate!

  We recently took advantage of a special that Ultimate Heating and Air was having in the month of February. The text message said We have a $49 furnace tune up special for the month of February. Just a basic tune up. If you are interested, let us know by text or calling our office. We had a technician come out and within REMOVEDminutes, I get an urgent message from the technician. He has me come downstairs and shows me that his carbon monoxide reader is showing 153 ppm (parts per million) and this is a really dangerous situation. In fact he said he had only seen one reading higher than this. He said he couldnt even turn the furnace back on without me signing a waiver. He asked if anyone living here has been tired at all or had any headaches recently. Of course, we were very concerned and I immediately sent my son out to buy carbon monoxide alarms and we were hesitant to turn the furnace back onbut its the middle of February, so we put the new, more expensive alarms throughout the house and turned the furnace back on. To make a long story shorter, he quickly arranged to have someone come out that could give me some quotes on replacing the furnace. Within a couple of hours we had a quote to replace not only that furnace, but the 2nd furnace and both air conditioning units. For just over $33,000 including all of the discounts we could have all new, very efficient heating and air conditioning units and have them installed within a couple of days. The salesperson didnt really even consider repairs an option. He said it would cost too much to repair (and after allwe felt like the technician and this salesperson set up a scenario where our familys health was at risk if we didnt replace them now). The salesperson was way more pushy than any used car salesman I have dealt with. His last question before he left was why arent you at least replacing the one unit right now?

  Another thorough inspection completed by the Ultimate tech. Since 2006 they've been maintaining my heating and AC systems with skill, knowledge, and honesty. I trust them. The office staff is efficient, polite, and knowledgeable. The techs are polite, patient with my questions, and thorough in their testing, cleaning, and explanations.
