I bought a car from this business. Said car has a warranty on it and was also supposed to come with road side assistance. After 5 days of owning this car it broke down on me. I called road side assistance only to be told I was not covered. I sat in my car at freezing temperatures for over 9 hours. When I contacted this business they told me that they hadn't gotten around to entering my information so that was why I didn't have road side assistance when I had called. Which is wrong. then they said that while getting my car fixed they would provide a rental. On day I was coming to get rental( which is a three hour drive from my house) I called ahead to make sure everything was in order and taken care of. the business informed me everything was taken care of and to head on over. Upon getting to rental place I was told I did not have a rental. And that the same man who "reserved" my car had some so to another customer. I am a traveling cna and need my vehicle for work. After realizing I didn't have a rental I called business. Only to be ran around in circles and told that they wouldn't have a rental for another week. My warrenty covers this. Was also told that after three days of having my car towed they had not even transported it to where they could fix it. Let alone started on it. I feel this is a gross misconduct in of actions on there point and I'm at risk of losing my job due to their incompetence.
