      As required by law, I recieve a mortgage statement each month from Westmark credit union. However, the statement indicates that my principle payments are not being credited properly to my account. The statements do not include information that is required by 12CFR1026.41. They are breaking the law.

      Westmark Credit Union let charges go through on *************************************** checking account that was unusual and repetitive for more than a year even after the *** for **** had told them **** had Alzheimer's disease and wasn't even living in her own home .. the charge was always $69. a month .. then they started taking out $69. twice a month ... and the charges were from a questionable source which should have triggered a call or letter to *********************** or her ***. They said because the party had the routing and checking account number that they were not responsible

      I have a car loan through Westmark. I fell behind on my payment called them 4/4/24 11:45 am. Spoke to ***** told her car was in the shop if your going to repo it go head to the shop. She said let me speak to my supervisor and see what we can do. Came back on phone said I had till the 19th of April to pay *******. and I could keep my car. I got the ****** in repairs done , got my car back Friday. On Monday I got new tires ******* put on thinking I was getting to keep my car. Came home Wednesday night 4/17/24 at 11ish a tow truck came and repoed my vehicle. I said no Westmark gave me till Friday the 19th to pay it. He said you'll have to call them tomorrow I need take it. I called Westmark this morning 4/18/24 at 9:00 am asked why they repoed it when they gave me a payment arrangement for the 19th. ***** says the repo order was still out we thought it'd still be in the shop on Friday the 19th. I said I'll come down today pay my back and tow fees she tells me no id have pay loan in full ******. I feel they were just waiting for the repairs to be done to come take it. Because I told them before the arrangement go to the shop and take it. I asked to be emailed a copy of the payment arrangement and got told no I can't have it unless I supeon it through court. I want my car back or cost of repairs and tires I just had done they broke an arrangement they offered and set up...
