3 starsI have been a member for a few years now!! I love their cleaning products but their stupid commitment amount and the amount you have to spend for sale items ect. is ridiculous! There is only my husband and I and I am retired!! Now I understand why people don't want to join or quit!! I am looking for other options! ******* ******Melaleuca, Inc

2 starsI was a customer for a few years and do love the products, however there is no point system for a single person, which is unfair and unfortunate. This is mainly why I had to leave the company, my orders were to large for a single persons income. When or if they change this I may return. Other than that it is not a fair system.Melaleuca, Inc

3 starsIve been a member for a few years now and I love most of the products. They still put harmful ingredients in some of their stuff, like seed oils. Their cleaning products are wonderful. Customers service is great. HOWEVER I was lied to about joining the selling part. The lady Im under talked me into quitting my job, telling me she had so many leads for me and it would be difficult for her to help me grow my business if I worked another job. I believe in this cause so I quit. She did not help me at all. She brushed me off. I asked customer service about it and they told me Id have to quit for six months and then rejoin to be put under someone who might actually help me. That is unacceptable to me. Now this chick makes tons of money off me because I buy for my household, my three childrens households and not to mention other family. And Im not making any money because she refused to help me and the company wont put me under someone who will. Its not hard to move someone to be under someone else. And their credit card? What a joke! The company they are using is ruining my credit because they refuse to take a payment from my husbands account. Did you read that? They are REFUSING payment because my name isnt on the bank account but my husband also has a card in his name under my credit card account. How can I pay from my account when that lady talked me into quitting and then refused to help me. I have no money!!! They were being paid but wouldnt accept it? Who does that? Im seriously debating on trying to find other options for my buying needs and quitting because its all so ridiculous.Melaleuca, Inc

5 starsWe have been customers for decades now. My wife and I are both in our mid-70s and have had good results with the products Iand have no desire to switch to any other company. We use the products with confidence in quality and safety. I started as a business representative but I had difficulty with the time commitment to make a successful business. 1 starDeception deception deception. Anyone that sees this make sure you read the fine print and watch any videos. They tell you to watch cause theyre gonna hit you with reoccurring charges and theres only two options unless you know what youre doing and select something cheaper or the only options they have if you dont know, the difference is around 80+ tax and 90+ tax. The people you deal with at first that text you back-and-forth are not the company Direct employees they are Member/sellers following the directions are given by the company This where you have to read the fine print and pay attentionMelaleuca, Inc

1 starHorrible business to deal with, sent me my back up order that I didn't want, lied to me and told me it had already left the warehouse, I called the next day and another lady said it Hadn't left the warehouse, I told them I didn't want it, they still tried to take payment from my credit card, my credit card locked up and said it was a fraud charge, after melaleuca tried taking my payment every day despite me telling them not to, fast forward after ************************************************* calling my cc company EVERY time to unlock it, melaleuca sent me my back up order anyway and charged me for it,I then decided I didn't want my previous order from the month before because the products are not so clean after all, plus I had enough of dealing with a scammy company, so I sent that back then they tried to rip me off on my refund amount, over the course of 4 phone calls later they finally refunded me for the full amount, shipping included, I had requested it put back on my cc, but they put it as credit on my account, so called them again to change that, now they've tried doing all the above with the back up order I sent back, now I'm dealing with the last 3.85 cents they are trying to rip me off with. 1 starCompany doesnt leave me alone, I called them next day I got membership and less than 24 hours I cancelled it , called them , asked them to stop package , sent them Fax with cancellation, But they sent package anyway, so I did pay for it, but not for membership, and now they harassing me and trying to charge my credit card several times a **********, after 3 weeks, since I cancelled, I called them and told them stop harassing meMelaleuca, Inc

1 starThey froze my business account because of diving into another business venture that is not conflicting and never contacted me to ask me anything about it and especially because people need extra streams of income these days and because of that I was/am still doing the work for my customers but am having my commissions froze and my business froze for the last two months with no warning, no pay and no calls from corporate, only email. I will get this figured out one way or another but am definitely not happy that I'm working it and not getting paid anything and corporate refuses to get on the phone with me and they have no valid reason because I never signed anything saying that I wouldn't do another business. I would like my last two months wages to be released and as for as long as I have customers and also a refund on my convention tickets! This is not good business practice whatsoever when you work very hard for a company for almost 2 years!Melaleuca, Inc

In response to this comment,Melaleuca has reviewed Ms. ****** case again and has again concluded that,unfortunately, Ms. ***** violated the terms and conditions of her independent contractor agreement. We communicated with her on multiple occasions regarding this issue, including on at least four separate occasions, to ask for evidence that would weigh against a conclusion that she has violated her agreement with us. Because we received no such evidence, we took the action that we did. If Ms. ***** has information that she would like us to consider, we are happy to do so. 5 starsI have been using Melaleucas products for over five years and I will never stop. The quality of ingredients and the effectiveness of their products is unmatched. Combine that with safer ingredients and no childproof caps needed and it's just an overall win! I'd support this company over big conglomerate companies every day of the week!
