    7/22/23 I made a purchased 0nline, 10 DrClean tablets & a spray bottle for cleaning. See attached photo of receipt. I have not received the product,nor any response from the emails I have made to their support.
    I have sent 2 emails to them.

    On March 3, 2024, I purchased online the Dr. Clean Spray, with an extra purchase of capsules. With shipping charges the total was $40.48. They have a "rebate" offer of $10 you can sign up for.

    First, they charge $3 (after you sign up for the rebate) and then it sends you a monthly subscription that is not clearly identified for additional capsules.

    In short the product does NOT work, therefore I requested a refund. They will NOT refund the initial shipping and will NOT provide pre-paid shipping. When calling their customer service, they don't want to work with you and if you request a Supervisor they say they are the Supervisor, I called a couple of times and got the same response, so they are told they are ALL supervisors and a customer doesn't have a method to escalate an issue. They don't offer a method to escalate either.

    This company does FALSE advertising on their product it does NOT work.

    Ordered products from this place and I have been waited months without receiving it!

    I ordered off the internet, DrClean a spray cleaner that is suppose to remove baked on, cooked on food besides other hard to clean items. To try it, took the drip pan from under my electric range burner as a trial. Sprayed on the solution and allowed it to soak. Mind you no directions came with the product as to the use. Felt it was pretty self explanatory. After 30 minutes nothing-it did nothing. The drip pan gets cleaned with some frequently so not in bad shape. The cleaner didn't even touch one spot!!! So I contacted the Customer Service included in the package. [email protected]. Up comes a chat and I explain what I did as a trial cleaning. Questions come-what is the brand of my range and how old is it??? Then, for $1.00 they would transfer me to an Appliance Expert to help me. OMG!! All I wanted to do is use their DrClean product to clean a drip pan!!! I have already packaged up the product and I am hoping my money will be refunded?? It seems like a scam.
